We won championships and went to 3 straight finals on 2 separate occasions with different groups of teammates. Whatever he was doing in the past worked out just fine. Just surprised people expect Kobe to comeback and make an immediate impact on the team its gonna take at least 2 months for him to get back into game shape.

2004-2007 and 2010-2013. I would also argue he has better handles and vision and finishers around the rim (Shaq, Pau, Lamar, Bynum) than MJ did.
