No, Lin was screaming at refs. But one cannot blame the refs , Lakers set it up perfectly so that Pau would be blocking their view and Nash could hold Lin with both of his hands. Yes, dirty play, bet perfectly set up nevertheless.

I think Lin needs to get a few technical fouls, especially in games where he gets a hard foul on him...

throw a few punches even... this good boy image allows people to walk all over him

asik and lin are two of my favorite current rockets players now
i don't know if i will watch rockets if both are gone

Please, please, please, please, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE *STOP* focusing every single damned topic down to Jeremy Lin!!!

It's like listening to an air compressor running through an amplifier with microphone feedback.
I'd rather have a cheese grater running back and forth across my face.

It's annoying as hell. You and MKL both PLEASE cut it out. I don't care that you're a player specific fan, but this is a ROCKETS board.

In a similar vein to managing acid reflux, try to please avoid mentioning him for a few weeks so that those of us who're affected can heal up and stop being bothered by everything we eat.

everyone is discussing the last play of the game... so why should we not discuss it? the blame was clearly on Lin until the video showed Nash holding Lin....

if people had come out and started talking about how this was a team loss... I dont think I would be replying

or how Lin was being blamed for that last LA shot, by his teammates and the coaching staff... I probably would not be replying

like it or not Lin is a lightning rod for this team... for the people who like him and hate him

you want my views on other players?... T T dosent work

McHale needs to expand the rotation, make better substitutions, and adjustments

Harden needs more rest, and less hero ball... and to play better defence

Howard im not going to blame him...for his Free Throws because he is what he is

Bev is either still hurt or overrated on defence because Nash was blowing by him all night, needs to shoot the ball better, or a lot less unless he does his tear dropper...

Chandler's shot has been MIA for this game and most of the season

1. I'll eat humble pie on that if I post such comments on the Lakers forum - after my ban is removed, that is.
2. I don't get ego boosts from my supported team winning, but merely enjoy it, so the humble pie wouldn't have any effect anyway (in this regard)
3. Lakers fans are still front running tits, as a whole, in my humble opinion, thank you very much. Common sentiment around the league too, from everything I've ever seen.
4. Hey do you remember that time the Raptors beat the 72 win Bulls? Not that I think we're remotely on the same plane they were, just sayin'.
5. Ever hear the phrase "won the battle, lost the war"? Enjoy your 2013-2014 Lakers, boyo :-)

this is a smart veteran move by nash...they almost never blow the whistles on last plays like this from what i've seen in the past...even if they did blow the whistle, the lakers were down by 2 anyway, so really a win-win situation for the lakers.

he also do a lot of holding/blocking after pass so defender is slow to defend the guy with the ball

Had flashbacks to Karl Malone holding Clyde Drexler while Stockton hit a three.
Harden is still a work-in-progress. He can score, but he can't help his teammate that much - Yao Ming

embarrasing loss for sure

lakers without kobe and pretty much without gasol he play very bad 2 pts 1-10 field goals .

several reasons why we loss this one

1 coach mchale make very bad decisions- he needs to seat howard on offensive plays late on games
-last night beverly was playing so bad why not put brooks in the same with casspi and garcia playing bad try brewer -try something different like other coaches do. put dmo jones in do something .
asik and howard is not working .the plays at the end of the game were really bad just dribble the ball for 20 second and shot a tough shot at the end of the shotclock. his rotation is a joke .

2.howards free throw shooting is really bad.

3. harden is a badddd defender .

4. casspi garcia deverly shooting the ball so bad

and the scary part is that mchale is not going to be a great coach any time soon harden is not going to be a great defender any time soon and howard is not going to be a great freethrow shooter any time soon -this has no fixing

as much as i hate jeremy lin they can not be yelling at him for this loss
fire morey please ,the sooner the better.....ryan Anderson is a 3 not a 4

wow, im not entirely sure what to do in that situation. u gotta look at it second by second.

first, blake goes under nash/bev, with gasol right next to them, perfect position to screen whoever decides to pop out for 3. lin was guarding blake only to stop the penetration, so he didnt go out, he stayed under. but when blake went out, either lin or bev should've gone out with him. that way they can cover whoever cuts and pops. i hate to say it but blake was lin's guy :( .

lol
it's the team's responsibility to rotate

this was a simple double screen. i mean cmon, the kings used this back in 1999 with bibby like 50 times a game. dantoni wasn't exactly reinventing the wheel here.

lin was screened/held by nash
bev was screened by pau
dwight needs to call the screen out to bev so he can get around it. he didn't. thus dwight was forced to close out and was wayyy too late.

dwight didn't read the play right and the lakers scored.

Rockets really need to find a package they can trade for with asik and either beverly or lin. These starts with Asik and Howard at the beginning of games are just costing you guys too many points.

if McHale is too stupid to realize what is the problem and can't control over Harden then he might as well start benching him

James Harden Day-To-Day With Bruised Foot

is this the excuse he's using for his bad play? or is this the excuse rockets used to bench him?

Return to Houston Rockets
