Wire opened when Floppy picked/time expired. Let 'em loose.

Does that mean I can pick up Trey Burkes?

Oh crap, accidentally picked up two players. Dropped them. I didn't realize everyone went to to WW first. Brain fart.

I believe I used to set it to the inverse of the original RC/FA draft order. So, that's what I've done.

I thought the waiver wire was set... Just made a swap... But do I need to drop Luke now until the wire is up and running?

you're free to add/drop... as the wire is open. we still set waiver priorities for those players who go to waivers, though (now and down the road).

I thought I was finally going to have a season where I didn't have a player starting the season on the IL. Guess not. (Old No7 sold me damaged goods).

I don't suppose preseason games count, do they?

Wesley Matthews experienced an irregular heartbeat (atrial fibrillation) on Wednesday during the Portland Trail Blazers' practice.

Matthews underwent an electrical cardioversion procedure and his heartbeat has returned to normal.

He did not travel with the team to Oakland and is out for Thursday night's preseason game at Golden State and is listed day-to-day.

Talk about team unity. I have the same thing and will be having my cardioversion on Tuesday.

I survived. Thaks for all the well wishes.

BTW, guess who currently has the number one player in all off fantasy basketball.

Just ignore the fact that that person had that player on the bench.

Line of the night:

Terrence Ross 13:12 0 Pts 1 Rb 1 TO 2 PF but a +14 how is that possible?

Yikes! That would scare the crap out of me. Good to see you both back in action. :)

MKW had a monstrous game. Haven't seen a line like that in while. Levelled in game #2. He wasn't really on my radar for this year at all, despite being in rebuild.

TR... must have provided some phenomenal cheerleading.

My glut of centers is killin' me. Somebody put together a package for Gasol and send 'er my way...

This was my second time around with it. The first time, a week after the cardioversion, I ran a sub 3:30 for the Boston Marathon. I was disappointed it came back. They gave me some meds so hopefully it stays away this time.

I tried posting on league board but kept getting errors. I mailed everybody and posting here that I put Kobe on IL.

Il is now:

CFan21 - Danny Granger
AlciG - Kobe Bryant

I am ILing CJ McCollum and adding Nikola Mirotić 2011 draft pick of the Chicago Bulls and implementing the Rubio-rule.

Because he doesn't appear in Yahoo I will leave an empty roster spot to represent him.

Craig can comment on this, but I think the only way this can be done (adding someone not on Yahoo) is through the draft. FA pickups need to be available on Yahoo.

Why? He was in the draft in 2011. I could have selected him then and continued to stash him on my roster to this day. I just cut out a couple years of stashing. It is really no different than when you selected Rubio. I can't remember if Rubio appeared in yahoo in 2010. I think they may have changed how they list international players that have been drafted but not come to the states.

I don't see anything wrong with what I did since he is property of an NBA team and was in the NBA draft.
