So we can overpay for a guy who's going to go 1 on 5? I agree, Maynor slows the game down. It is what it is. He just has to make smarter passes and not shoot unless he has to.

That is not a good line up.

Thats why I wanted to stagger to starters. They are keeping it close so far though. But OKC is just so athletic. Their defense extends really fair. Quick, long, athletic and hands everywhere.

See get AH out.

Actually, this might be a game Booker would play well in.

All things considered, I'm pretty happy w/ where we are so far. We're not exactly on fire from 3, and we've missed a ton of FTs - yet we're right there with OKC.

Who would Booker defend? Ibaka?

I think the rotations have been fine tonight. Maynor's damage was offset by OKC's horrible bench shooting. I would have pulled Beal a little earlier and replaced him with GR3 but all in all, not bad.

Agree, we should be up 5 or 6 if not for horrible FT shooting. Good teams drain those.

Man, Ibaka is wreaking havoc out there.

I don't like this big lineup vs. OKC's small lineup - especially if we're incapable of making them pay the price on the boards or at the rim.

So much for John going to the 3-point shooting contest.

I guess. AH is just to slow.

We don't have an athletic four and it didn't bother us in the first quarter. Unless you count Ves-DNP.

Lol at Westbrook complaining about Ariza's touching of the ball after the basket.

That new delay of game violation is called very inconsistently. I can understand why players would get frustrated.

In the first quarter, OKC played Perkins and Ibaka. I was talking about the stretch where OKC played a three-guard lineup, with Durant at the 4 and Ibaka at the 5.

I guess we need to find a new guy to shoot FT's for technicals. This is f-ing sad. How is this game tied?

OKC is pretty unimpressive on offense. Take away their fast break points and our missed free throws, and this game really isn't that close.

I guess you could play Ariza at the 4 and get Rice or Temple out of mothballs.
