Oladipo is being given the chance to completely dominate the ball, his usage is at 27.4%, which is insanely high and actually kind of shocking because of how much he stood in the background at Indiana University. He had never shown the traits to be as shoot 1st and ball dominant as he has been with us, which leads me to believe it is by design (of the Magic).
We can't really complain of his role in the offense itself, because of how much of it he is allowed to go for his own he actually seems to have the green light. The only adjust would be for more playing time.
Going by what he has produced thus far this is what he would average in 36 minutes per game.
16.8ppg 6.1rpg 4.7apg 2.2spg 0.8bpg with 5.7tov while on pretty low percentages (.405 .333 .716*).
