Glen Davis ‏@iambigbaby11 22m
In regards to the incident that occurred on Friday night, I want to sincerely apologize for my actions. There is no excuse for what I did...

Sure, but with half of TD's offense and 1/3 of his defensive game.

Vuc doesn't look poised to be the next TD. He'll be good, great even, but not TD level.

Vuc could be TD as much as Paul George could be Jordan.

You know that's what I meant right? Paul George is closer to MJ than Vuc will ever to TD.

They have Kevin Martin, they do not need Afflalo anymore....

As I read they are trying to get a veteran to improve the roster, and they would be interested in a SF IMO. 3 team deal sending Afflalo to Chicago, Deng to Minny and young assets(Teague, Shved, D-Will) & picks to Orlando can be meaningful.

Their highest pick in the last 10 yrs was #10, in 2010......Paul George. Smart drafting, smart FA acquisition, smart trades, and good, solid coaching. They haven't won anything, like OKC, but they're on the same level, through a different route.

The Pacers are the Spurs, minus Tim Duncan. Not in terms of an exact copy, but smart and efficient drafting from wherever their picks end up.

The big difference is that Duncan always gave the Spurs a chance of a 'ship. I don't rate Indy's chances all that high at all unless they get very lucky.

Hence, find your Duncan before you draft Parker and Manu, or else you'll be mired in mediocrity for ages.

with more development, can Vucevic be our Duncan?

Doubt it, Duncan is one of the Best big men to ever play the game.

The cops showed up but they cancelled the complaint... I bet big baby came back and paid the motel clerk off.

Orlando Police confirmed they received a 911 hangup call about 4 a.m. Saturday from the Travelodge at 409 N. Magnolia Ave. and went to investigate. But when they arrived the complainant canceled and did not want a report written about the incident with Davis, so police left.

According to TMZ, the incident happened following the Magic's home loss to the Celtics on Friday night. The website said Davis tried to get a room at the motel, but when he was told it was sold out, he reached across the desk and ripped a keyboard from a computer.

As for the Magic, the team said it will take appropriate steps in response to the incident, and coach Jacque Vaughn said he will deal with Davis internally.

I doubt he needed to pay him off for anything. He probably just paid for the keyboard.

Hopefully, BBD saves some of that built up hostility for the Heat, Pacers or Rockets!

Just replace Keyboard with a basketball in Dwight Howards hands and BBD is ready to play!!!

Nah, I bet the keyboard wasn't even broken. My guess the hotel staff decided it wasn't worth spending 30 minutes filling out paper work.

It said the Magic cut a check to cover it.

Hark didn't start right off the bat and neither should Oladipo. He hasn't earned that right. He does show flashes of greatness, but only flashes.

To be fair Harkless was starting by game #9 (next game), and he had shown not even half of this. Let alone that Oladipo is the #2 pick and the guy the franchise is trying to "sell" to the fanbase.

They started him over Redick moving into the lineup and others.

Plus he was injured and missed all of summer league/training camp. They clearly wanted to get him into the lineup ASAP. The primary difference between the two situations is we didn't really have a good alternative at the 3 with Hedo struggling/doping/injured and Harrington injured. I'm still guessing one of AA or Nelson will be gone before February and Dipo will start in that spot.

Ah, well I guess it was broken. But I don't think the Magic called at 4 am and told the guy not to press charges. I could be wrong.

I think the Police and Hotel just thought it was useless to press charges over a keyboard. Anyways, when I was like 23 years old, I worked the midnight shift as an Auditor and had seen it all including Pimps, Hoes, Trannies, fights and police called every week. Rarely were people charged unless it was something serious.
