When you consider how deep this draft is, the tank v no tank isn't as big an issue. You could land a star anywhere in the top 10 IMO.

Well, but we dont need a star, we need a superstar, so we have to get a top3 pick, IMO. Without a franchise player we wont go anywhere.

What superstar does Indiana have? PG wasn't one, he developed into what he is now. Why couldn't Orlando do the same?

I've got no worries about Parker. He'll be a legit superstar. He's that good.

Fell asleep during the college games last night since i had to work early but saw the highlights. Honestly i was more impressed with Parker than i was with Wiggins. Seemed like Parker is a bit more polished than Wiggins is, and tbh Wiggins needs to live in the weight room dude is kinda skinny to me.

Is there any way in hell Knicks would do an AA for Shumpert trade?

Today's game and AA's demeanor has me flipping the coin on my attitude towards AA. Dude seems happy to be here, and I had always thought he hated being here, which lead me to hate him, as irrational as that may sound. So, not too keen on trading him anymore even if we're not gonna see this type of game from AA for a while now.

F'realz. From what I've seen so far (which isn't much), he'd be my #1.

What PG has done is so rare in the NBA. Guys just don't make statistical jumps like that very often.

Shumpert is overrated... why would we trade Afflalo for him?

Didn't Kevin Love also take some time to become a star as well?

They make jumps like when you give them a usage of 30%.

I was looking at MCW because I hadn't been paying attention to him the last few games. He has an interesting stat quirk going on right now. His overall FG% (38.9) is actually lower than his 3 point % (39.5). That's pretty rare. Generally reserved for the Kyle Korver 3 point specialist types. But even he's only done it 3 times.

Afflalo and Harkless percentage are both higher from three then from the field (for right now). It is not rare for this early in the season. 9 games into a season is way too early for percentages to flatten out.

Believe it or not, Afflalo, Moore and Harkless currently all have a higher 3pt% than FG%. Difference is they're shooting great from the field, 45% or higher, so their 3pt% is insane right now (46-54%). Wondering when they'll fall back to reality.

Thanks. I remembered it took Kevin Love some time to become a star, I just didn't remember why.

I'm hoping he gets back after about 6-7 games. Which is about 2-3 weeks from now.
