Week 11: Washington at Philadelphia (Sun @ 1 pm)

Post#1 » by LyricalRico » Wed Nov 13, 2013 5:59 pm

WHO: Skins at Eagles
WHEN: November 17th, 1 pm
WHERE: Lincoln Financial Field

Big Questions:

Is the Philly offense with Nick Foles the real deal?
Will the Washington offense sputter again in the second half?
Can anyone on the Skins defense make a play?

Discuss!

Nice try on the comeback, but such a stupid throw by RG3 (after lots of overthrows all game). Sort of the theme of the season - too little too late and Griffin still doesn't know how to be a QB. And the worst part if we still have to hear how much of a "leader" he is blah blah blah. Starting to get sick of this guy.

Wow, I can't believe that after two surgeries on the same knee RGIII's performance has suffered as a result!

Never would've guessed it!

Umm, RG3 has looked like himself physically for the last couple weeks. The issue with that last pass (and the other pick that was overturned on replay) had NOTHING to do with his knee. Those problems are between his ears.

Even more, those plays would be easier to take from a guy that wasn't constantly in front of a microphone telling us how much of a leader he and and how he's going to make sure everyone else comes to play and doesn't quit. If he really isn't right physically, then he should stop writing checks that his knee can't cash.

But as I said earlier, I don't think we can blame his knee for what happened yesterday.

RG3 is not the threat he once was & defenses can play him differently. He is trying to be a pocket QB, like the 49ers Kapernick is trying, & as you can see in both cases it isn't working. When guys like RG3 & Colin Kap use their legs it changes the way defenses have to play them.
