Conjecture. And he and Felton were about equal last year, so....

That's your opinion too...

Rumored major blockbuster involving #Knicks, #Lakers and #Kings. Shump to Sac, Gasol and Isaiah Thomas to Knicks, Felton & Amare to LA.

ROFL, what a great trade if true. Not a legit source though.

Sounds good...salaries dont match tho...

2015 is a better FA year; unless Lebron has promised them to become a Laker!! Btw, Lebron can also opt out in 2015. He has two years of player's option in his current contract!

On a side note, Nash contract expires in 2015... He's making near 10M, soo, who knows what's on a Kupchak's mind... There's also a possibility of a Nash + Gasol for Amare, Felton and Udrih... Seens like every non-contending team looking to tank as much as they can :D #2014 draft class

And saying keeping Lin would have led to the same success isn't? Lin needs the ball more than Ray to be effective. Ray played great in the beginning, and end of last season.

Ray handles the ball and does dumb **** all the time. He did last year, too.

Man don't listen to this guy... The end of last season was the Indiana series and Felton sucked.

Here I'll dime you on the only remaining Lin haters.

The real ones.. Jbreezy, GR, TheGarden, and Greenhughes. Ignore them. <sorry guys and gal.

Yawn. Check the stats. Felton was good in March and April, and played great in the Boston series. His numbers in wins vs losses was the difference in that team.

Fair enough, but statistically, their is more evidence that they were even then not, unless you want to make the case that Felton is an intangibles player.

Surely you won't make that case, will you?

Paul - Reddick - Barnes - Melo - Jordan will be in the Finals, while...

Rondo - Smith - MWP - Griffin - Chandler will be again 1st round exit material ;)

Haters gonna hate... per Kobe, Melo is the best offensive player in the league (and the toughest to guard); per some Knicks fans and posters here he's Welo, the ball hog, chucker and mentally weak and spoiled prima-donna... GO FIGURE(!)... Even Dolan looks smarter than many of them!!

I thought this was better :rofl2:

I'm not going to 100% write this off but 99.9% of me believes this source like you said is bullsh*t.

Edit:

Ahh he's claiming B/R as the sources, I'll give B/R the benefit of the doubt because they have revamped how they do journalism & getting better sources over the summer.

Im not a hater...I like Melo a lot..unfortunately, as constructed, this team is going nowhere... a Griffin/Rondo combo has a much longer window than anything wed put next to Melo... he needs very specific players to make us a finals contender...and I just dont see how we get those players.

Just trade Bargnani and Shumpert for Asik, then ship Tyson for Eric Gordon and send him over to Phoenix for Dragic and Frye. Include Hardaway Jr if you have to.

If Boston is even considering Rondo/Shump, then you know they've got the lube out...

Last year he fit better. Period. Lin is a scoring guard and so is Felton, however Felton knows to give the ball to Melo and he keeps the TO's low. Linny on the other hand........

I swear Lin is Monte Ellis revised.

Do Not Want with Melo.
