I don't mean to be a dick but any Canadian Raptor fan that has a Parker sig and wants JP over Wiggins is weak. Where's the patriotism and loyalty? I don't care if AW has gotten off to a slow start, there's a reason why all the best scouts in the world have him as #1 and yet we have "Canadians" hoping the Raptors land another American player that will probably bail on the team soon as his rookie deal is up. GTFO

I can sig whoever I want, deal with it.

Passive player + lack of elite handles.

Very troubling for a wing player who is projected to become a superstar. I can't think of an off-ball superstar wing.

Wasnt Dominique wilken abit of off ball guy who used athleticism to dictate the game? He was a superstar too.

Draft somebody else with our pick, sign Wiggins after his rookie contract.

Win, win -- by 2020.

The potential is there with Wiggins but right now he is the third best player on Kansas, never mind the rest of the NCAA.

Offensively, a horrible half for Wiggins.

I'm not sure what to think of him if he has to dominate the ball in order to have an impact. Its been like this in some of his previous games

As I have said many times, Wiggins compares to a more athletic Rudy Gay back when Gay was in college.

He usually wakes up in the second half. I still expect him to finish with 20+

So there's plenty of hope he'll put up dozens of shots per game when he goes pro?

That along with his passiveness are big concerns.

People on this board will freak but Wiggins looks vastly overrated as a prospect.

Embiid looked great. Wiggins looked half-asleep.

He definitely needs a system that works for him, run him multiple backdoor screens to get him open shot (if he fixes his release), or run him backdoor cuts, runs PnR w/ him etc, Kansas isn't doing any of that, they just treated him like a spot up wing which isn't his game.

Their offense was incredibly efficient that half (17/28 shooting). Would you propose something more along the lines of the Raptors' awful ISO offense?

At this point i would rather have Parker or Exum over wiggins. I have no idea why some raps fan only want wiggins.

Well his basketball IQ is significantly higher than Gay's, so I don't ever expect to see a 11 for 37 type performance.

Nah. Guess I can't hate if it works. I just prefer seeing more player movement on offense, but no reason to change something that works.
