I was going to say it will be interesting to watch Smart against South Florida as putting together back to back good games and overall consistency has been one of his bigger issues, but that's going to be something to watch even in the 2nd half of this game. Since the 9 minute mark of the half he went 0-5 (0-3 3's) with 2 TO's and one (very easy) assist.

His impact on the defensive end though, it's really something else.

He looks to be a really smart defender. This is the first game that I have really watched him and he doesn't seem to be a natural PG, but I think he would be fine as a PG at the NBA level.

Would some of you stop acting like Wiggins is on Parker's level right now? Parker would NEVER be disappearing like Wiggins does in games. Against Iona, Wiggins is 1-3 for 4 points. Sorry, if you are the best prospect since KD that DOES NOT happen. Against Duke, he had the same thing happen. Luckily for him, Duke is a bad team and can't slow a fast break or have anyone but their SF rebound the ball. Did I mention I HATE passive players that are supposed to be superstars? I don't care how many stars your team has, you are supposed to be THE BEST. He's not an alpha dog. The Bucks need an alpha dog.

I don't think it is a mental thing. I think he simply doesn't have the type of game where you can give him the ball and he'll make something happen for himself or others. He's purely a finisher, and there is only so much you can do offensively as that type of guy.

He's averaging 19 a game while playing elite defense. He's averaging the same amount of FGAs per game George did the season before he was drafted, and George wasn't playing with future NBA first rounders. Don't know what else you need to see.

He's had 1 good half of basketball this year. And if Paul George is "IT" then I'm not impressed by this draft class.

So you're discounting that whole Big 12 Player of the Year as an 18 year old, presumptive #1 pick thing he did last year. Gotcha.

We are talking Wiggins, not Smart. Smart has issues as well though. That first half was a fluke regarding his efficiency.

Harden had a much better offensive game. I know he has exploded tonight, I just don't think he's that kind of player. He could develop into it though if he keeps working on that shot. His form looks fine.

Smart reminds me of Rose with less athleticism/speed but a better jumper. Still great athleticism though, just not once in a decade's in your PG in Rose.
