The Nets don't even have a head coach. They have a mascot.
They will wage war against the Lamb but the Lamb will triumph them because he is Lord of lords and King of kings - and with him will be his called, chosen and faithful followers." Revelation 17:14 (NIV)

nets could be in full on meltdown mode if they lose to us tomorrow.

that being said, until kemba gets his act together and/or jefferson gets back on the floor, i just dont see us winning many games. defense is great, but our offense is some historically bad garbage.

anyone else surprised the GB and PC boards havent jumped all over kemba's fg% yet?

currently shooting 39.8% as a team.

since the 3pt line was added, no team has ever shot under 40% for a season.

I saw her in a restaurant in Winston-Salem a couple of years ago when her husband was playing in a tennis tournament there.

She's even better looking in person.

we wont shoot that horribly, probably end up around 44% which would still be bottom 8

players who have played in at least 5 games, average at least 25 min/game and have taken at least 100 shots, kemba is last in eFG%, and henderson is second to last. kemba also last in straight fg% (hendo 4th to last). and kemba last n TS% (hendo 4th to last).

a few other big names at the bottom - rose, pao gasol, felton, gay, oladipo, waiters, wall, jennings... and of course, jeff taylor.

well shot 42% last year, with Al taking 17shots on 50% shooting i think we can get close and that is assuming he plays enough to make a difference in the teams shooting %, and dont have Byron taking 50 threes a game

Only a matter of time. Walkers made Felton look like an all star

that 42% we shot last year included kemba shooting 42% and hendo shooting 45% and taking the most shots on the team. i dont see those two getting back to those percentages this year. and while jefferson should help once he gets back, he will probably find it difficult to match his percentages from last season considering our woeful spacing issues.

but hey, its early and we still havent really seen what this team can do with jefferson. its entirely possible that a month from now, once jefferson is back in form, our offense starts looking really good.

Hendo hit 2 set shot three pointers against Chicago.

You would hope he continues taking that shot. He can shoot when he is set, its when he tries to hard to create his own that it fails.

But Hobe gonna Hobe

Time to see whether Clifford can coach against the spectator that is Jason Kidd.

Well Thibodeau said he was doing a hell of a job, but then again him and Clifford are very close. Kind of like how George Karl gave Dunlap a huge endorsement.

For those brief passages against CHI where Hendo immersed himself in the offense, passed the ball, moved without the ball, and took squared up shots, the offense looked good.

I assume Hendo has the green light to do all that dipsy-doo sh*t because we need offense so badly. But CLiff should show him the CHI video and tell him if he does that iso sh*t he will be yanked. Make it a coaching thing. Teach him to do the right thing or don't play him. If Hendo were in San Antone he wouldn't get away with this sh*t. Hendo could be a huge asset . . . Reprogram him.
