We struggle at the end of the games because we don't have a closer.
We are similar to that Denver Nuggets we are not quite as good but we got pretty durable depth.

But whos gonna make plays at the end of the games thats why this is a development year its no secret.

A's over Royals. Lester and experience will prove that he's worth the trade.

Tigers winning it all. Tigers are, imo, peaking at the right time.

It was yet another game when the Suns had a double digit lead and they stopped playing basketball all of a sudden. They need to get out of the habit of getting complacent while in front.

Dragic looked great early in the season. The past few games he has not been very impressive. I wonder if the ankle is still bothering him.

He had 19 and 10 the game before last, including a stretch in the first where he absolutely took over. Game before that he sparked a run at Portland before he went out with an injury, and then we lost all control from that point on and lost. What are you saying?

Dragic has shown that he can be clutch in the 4th both in Phoenix and in Houston. I agree that he hasn't been clutch in the 4th yet this season but who has? Bledsoe made 1 three pointer to win a game and now suddenly he's the man and Dragic is the anti-clutch non-playmaker. There are some serious fair weather fans on this board. My god. Now you want Jeremy Linn for Dragic? Paleeease! '**** outta here!

We do need more consistent outside shooting. If we're going to be a run and gun team, we need three point bombers so that our runs can truly put teams away.

I agree Hornacek should have left Archie in the game, but I think it was because of a defensive mistake. Don't know if anyone's noticed, Archie defended Jimmer and went under a screen, which led to to a wide open three. It was the end of a run by the Kings and led to a PHX time out, in which Archie was benched.

But maybe Hornacek wanted to make that substitution nevertheless.

Sorry, I didnt read any other pages to see if it has been discussed at all, but I think Jeff is the reason we lost this game. Dragic was gassed at the end playing against a pesky ball pressuring defender and should have been relieved of the chore of bringing the ball up and starting the ofense. It took so long for him to get the ball into a spot to start trying to run a play that there was no time for a good look, he couldnt get any closer than the 3 pt line in the last 5 mins. Bringing in Ish in that situation was not good because he was not reliable at the time either and throwing the ball to Plumlee was bad because he was playing against a motivated D Cuz and the refs werent gonna call a thing on him in that mode. Led to horrible horrible basketball with no flow and the ball getting tipped at every turn.
Should have started the ofense through Marcus Morris at that point, let him bring the ball up the court and start the play at the top corner and run it from there. His defender was Outlaw, who couldnt guard him all night, Marcus was the only one who had an advantage over his induvidual defensive assignment. He had it going through 3 quarters and didnt touch the ball in the last like 8 mins until that last b.s. play and shot. He had no problem beating his man off the dribble all night and getting open shots whenever he wanted, he should have initiated the ofense, making the other over aggressive defenders on the others help on him when shaking loose, opening them up, very simple adjustment. Like Pippen becoming the focal point bringing the ball up when Mike and or Pax would get pestered and or doubled bringing the ball up. I think the ofense would have continued to run pretty smooth if the adjustment had been made, or even like someone esle said bringing Archie back to break down his man one on one and dish... again starting the ofense from a diffrent point and relieving pressure on a tired Dragic and overmatched Plumlee.
