On the topic of starting...

Battier has really thrived as a starter, 54% from the floor, 47% from 3, 24 mpg. He doesn't have the physical advantages of either Lewis or Beasley but he positions himself much better defensively, and not just taking charges--guiding his man to the spots on the floor where we want him, bumping cutters, etc. Overall team rebounding has been improving, as has overall Drtg, so I have a feeling that Battier might have locked down the starting role for the near future.

Im not in the whole battier start here. He looks tired. I rather prefer a fresh battier on po's than him starting now.

When we start Battier do we really have him at the 4? Or do we roll with two "3.5"s who switch on D?

That means LeBron is the other 3.5 and that wears him out more than just playing the 3. And I think it's better to keep him as fresh as possible too.

Here's a little something to see the type of game Rashard Lewis could bring to this team. Take a moment to appreciate the fluidity and comfort level of his moves in the post. Glad hes finally healthy and playing on this team.

I remember wanting him alongside Wade during that time period, right before he landed that deal with Orlando. He was really riding high, and I loved what he was capable of bringing to any franchise. Like Beasley, Battier, and even Allen, he was someone I wanted here for sure.
