X is gonna be benched when Kobe returns,no doubt about it...Meeks outplayed him and deserves to remain in the rotation

Other players's mins will be cut down also since X didn't see that many minutes lately regardless

See this night right here is what I've said about tanking. While we are looking at Kobe returning, anything can happen. Wolves have come back down to earth. Curry got dinged up and Iggy looked like playoff Iggy when forced to play half court, meaning high paid Ariza. Memphis could lose Marc for months. The clips are still flawed. It's all about health and chemistry, get hot at the right time and with health and us or Dallas as I've said all summer can make noises behind Kobe or Dirk.

Win Sunday and get to 500.

Marc is possibly out 10-12 weeks and that could mean that team being Memphis decides oh well Zach gets traded as they need to develop Kufos and Ed Davis. They may very well flip Zach if Marc is out for 3 months.

We got snake bit last year, but really the west is open. Competitive but open each with every team being screwed by one injury. Think about it for a second as hot as Portland is they have the worst training staff and history of injuries in the nba, so the bug is bound to hit them and. Minny sooner or later.

I said it and I stick by it, if Dallas and LA are healthy and hot, Kobe or Dirk can take their teams as constructed right now to the conference finals. All it takes is for the 3 ball to fall to keep teams off Kobe and Dirk who have both had finals runs out the blue. Kobe took a team no one expected in 08 to the first seed befor Pau then a finals without a camp, the youngest core to ever make three straight finals to boot. Dirk came out the blue because Dallas started hitting the 3 like madmen and they won a title when no one took them seriously. OKC, Clips, and the Spurs aren't scary, it's all about seeding.

Let me ask you this guys, do you really fear being in the 2/3/6/7 bracket if we got the Clippers and Warriors in the first and second rounds? Think about the lack of travel a clipper series would bring especially in the first round which gets dragged out for 3 weeks almost. This stuff happening, these injuries you see today and the way NY is falling apart with Melo hanging over their head is why Mitch/Jeanie/Jim rather wait in the weeds and strike like snakes over tank

X, Williams, and Kaman are taking that hit

Great win - now let's get to .500 for when Kobe comes back and let's get more wins

Next up Kings, then back to back I think with Wizards/Nets?? Can't remember on that one :)

Solid win.

Sucks that Iggy got injured, especially with the other injuries that happened (M. Gasol and Rose), but them's the breaks.

A win on Sunday puts us back to .500, then we have a fairly easy road trip as all 3 teams are lottery bound. If Kobe comes back then the team might be extra juiced and actually pull out 2 or 3 wins. It's going to be an important road trip for us so hopefully we're up for it.

The replay of the game is up: http://lakeshowgold.com/lakers-vs-warri ... g-hd-720p/

It was awesome seeing Pau go to work finally. I hope he puts together another solid game against the Kings.
