Us having the most back-to-backs in the league is starting to get more and more noticeable with every such occurence. Seems like every time we play there's a follow-up the next night.

I expect a win. Simple as that.

A stat I hadn't noticed previously:

we're 0-6 against teams that are .500. 6-1 against the league's weak link.

With MIL at 2-9 let's hope that trend continues.

I want to see Biz play tonight. And more PT for MKG>

Who are the Bucks starting at point these days? Nate Wolters? Kemba should take him to school.

Let's see how adaptable Clifford is. The "McBob" offense is interesting and has a place but should not be "The Offense." It appears to be cratering Kemba's value. And the infamous Biz DNPCD appeared to be a failure. Will Clifford adapt?

PS. Luke Ridnour played 35 mins at PG for MIL last night.

I wan't Biz to play tonight for 2 reasons. The first is... him getting playing time, obviously, and the second is... I want to see him eventually destroying certain guy called Miroslav Raduljica. He played for arch rival of team I root for. Really irritating persona.
Big Al tonight?

I'm trying to stay positive, but I am getting so irritated by the scope of this team. The DNPCD for Biz last night is completely inexcusable, Zeller looked terrible and should have been yanked in favor of Biz. MKG will probably start the game with 7 points and 2 rebounds in the first 7 minutes of the game and then get pulled and won't reappear until the mid to late 3rd quarter.

Just chalk it up to the same old same old. We're going to go against common sense and lose this one against the atrocious Bucks.
Mike Malone was never given a fair chance in Sacramento, and Ranadive will soon come to regret that, when he's on top of the WC inevitably contending somewhere

That was a straight up Larry Brown move. I'm expecting MKG to get benched for newly signed Dominic McGuire and Kemba replaced with Larry Hughes at this point.

If we lose tonight then we might as well officially go into tank mode by starting Zeller sorry ass over McBob and letting Jefferson rest for about a month or so until his conditioning/health is up to par. It won't get much easier or worst than losing to the Suns and Bucks back to back this season.

Don't underrate the Suns though. They're playing legitimately good basketball right now. They should end up being a lottery team but to use a Steve Kerr phrase from opening night - "they don't know that they're bad yet".

I'm not underestimating the Suns but they looked pretty bad last night but we looked worst. Every game that we lose there's always a quarter where Clifford stick with Taylor, Zeller, Tolliver, and sometimes Sessions too long while basically blowing that whole period wondering why we can't catch up the rest of the game. Last night was like the third loss off the top of my head that I pinned on Clifford's rotations more than the players themselves.

Right... I guess I'm not in a position to talk about the game since I didn't see it.

One thing's for sure - Clifford has a hard-on for Taylor's potential and the spacing Tolliver provides. He surely can't be so ignorant that he doesn't see how average JT has been and that Tolliver's a one trick pony who doesn't deserve more playing time than about 12 minutes.

Some of you (JDR720, per example) need to lay off JT though. He definitely hasn't been as bad as some claim he has been. I know it's hard to support him when he's taking MKG's minutes but he's also a second year player (and a second round pick) who's only learning.

I think that's the reason why Taylor takes so much brunt, because he's taking all of the minutes away from MKG who is a much more impactful player and was our most consistent player until more recently where his minutes have become even more inconsistent than they were.

Say what you want but Taylor has been bad. I would say worst than Zeller if it wasn't for those few games he went for double digits scoring. Taylor's impact on the floor is so invisible. He don't rebound. He can't dribble. He can't pass. He almost never shoot the 3 when he's wide open and he's been getting scored on as if he's our worst defender.

i think we are all disappointed about the new biz development, but i think we should not make adrien out to be a villain in this situation. its not his fault. just a few games ago, some of us were complaining about adrien not getting enough minutes. of course we never expected it to come at the expense of biz not playing at all. before last night adrien was leading the team in just about every advanced stat, PER, +/-, ortg, drtg... so its easy to see why clifford wanted to give him minutes.

part of the problem is that clifford only sees adrien and biz as centers and neither will ever see minutes together or with jefferson.

for me, tolliver would never see the floor ahead of biz or adrien even if that meant playing them at power forward for stretches.

Jeff Taylor has the worst PER of any of the players in the normal rotation at 7.5. In fact, Taylor has the worst PER on the entire roster, sans Jannero Pargo who has only played 5 minutes all season

Jeff vs Zeller per 36min

Zeller-10.6ppg,8.4rpg,1.4ast,.6blks,1.6stl,
Jeff-13.4ppg,3.5rpg,1.2ast,.2blk,.5stl

Zeller has played better than Jeff and he has the "new postion new league new role" excuse

Don't forget to throw in that Jeff Taylor is almost the same age as Gerald Henderson. Taylor shouldn't be a player that the team has to develop like MKG and Zeller. He should already be seasoned enough to at least be average, in which he hasn't been

Taylor's impressive offseason will give him the benefit of the doubt to continue stinking it up into the near future, but for how long if he doesn't turn the corner and start becoming an efficient/productive player?
