I would have rather they waited to play the first game in these 2 series until after the break rather than play one game, then wait two weeks to play the second game. Maybe it's just because the Timbers are behind right now. I probably wouldn't care so much had they won or tied the first game. Ugh!!!

Sporting KC vs Houston is a week from today. I cant decide who is going to win this game, it's such a toss up even with KC at home.

Lebron James potentially being part owner of an MLS team in Miami would be fantastic! Publicity! keep it coming. The only thing I'm scared of at this point is rich teams taking over the league.

With the cap in place that won't happen any time soon.

I want to cap raised, but as long as it's equal for all teams parity will continue.

Orlando City set for "major announcement" on Tuesday night

All we know is that it's a "major announcement," the second in consecutive days for USL PRO side and MLS expansion hopefuls Orlando City. Yesterday the club revealed they were extending their partnership with Orlando Health as the club's jersey sponsor and official healthcare provider. For today's big announcement the meeting point is Church Street at 5 pm ET ahead of the main event at Cheyenne Saloon.

Could be announced as an MLS team today, only question now is if they will join in 2014 or 15.

Steve Cherundolo is open to moving to MLS when his contract expires this summer.

I could see him joining his buddy Bocanegra at Chivas...especially if they move to San Diego or Orange County. It would help save the franchise by giving them two well-known American players that fans here actually want to watch. Another option would be the Timbers, since he played up here in college.

We are happy to join the MLS family in 2015!

Orlando City had an outstanding ceremony and party.

Our ownership again strongly hinted that in our 2015 inaugural season we will have Kaka on our team. In fact, Flavio said he's going to fly over and see him THIS weekend.

I don't know that anyone locally uses the SC part. It always Orlando City, OC, or just City.

Its too bad about the ticket situation. I was hoping on spending most of my Christmas money and going to Kansas to watch the game. Apparently, RSL FO was given their 1000 ticket allotment and instead of selling them to the supporters, they opted to handing them out to players friends/family, staff members, etc. SKC already has 14000 season ticket holders that will have first dibs on 20k tickets available.

Oh well, nothing to be bummed about, I'm ready for Dec 7 to come!
