So you will give credence to the rumor solely to the extent you can bash the Knicks but will ignore the remainder of the story, where it is expressly noted that the Knicks are not interested, just because it undermines your baseless narrative?

He's like a younger JR honestly. He has potential to be good , but so did JR.

He's better than Shump. Plus the kid has swagger , but I just don't think he's a fit here unless we move JR.

If we deal Shump, I want a PG or a game changer...Waiters is neither of those so unless we get a first rounder or two...or there's more to the trade...screw that noise.

Waiters is better than Shump with a higher ceiling. Look at Cleveland when Kyrie was out and how Waiters played in those games. His issue is that he doesn't mesh well at all with Kyrie. He looked pretty good at point when he was out. It's a gamble but we have a logjam at 2g with Shump looking like a regressing shell of himself. Waiters has the potential to play point and he gives us penetration, something noone on our team is capable of. Dude also oozes swag.

Waiters > Shump all day.

Agreed. Only problem is with a backcourt of Waiters & JR it will be Melo in the papers complaining about a lack of ball movement lol.
