Firefox Log-In Glitch

Post#1 » by Nowitness » Fri Nov 29, 2013 4:30 am

Currently using Chrome. It has been lagging video players lately, so I switched over to Firefox, fixing that problem, but creating one here. When I try to log in with that browser, it re-loads the page I was last on like it was successful, but the top of the page still says "Log-In", I can not make a post, and I can't see any And 1 counters. Does anybody know how to fix this so I can just use 1 browser for everything?

Deleted the boards yesterday and it didn't work, but did it from the Firefox menus today and it worked. Thank you!

So this is definitely an issue on your end, as I use nothing but Firefox. What version of FF are you using?

Does it happen to you on all computers, or just that one? Try logging in from a friend's computer or at the library or school or something.

Seems like it's just this one, works on another w/o deleting cookies.

So something specific to your settings/machine is causing you problems there. Fiddle long enough and you'll get it. I remember having a similar problem quite some time ago. Have you upgraded recently?

It's working now, after deleting the Firefox cookies.
