And he's been one of our better players. I don't understand why he sat most of tht quarter. If he doesn't play much In the fourth it's time to execute mike brown. Bennett getting no minutes either.

@ Outlaw, deng is awesome I dunno why you don't rate him

Im shocked that Fred hasnt used a 3D reference when Dion hits a three. He is normally all over that cornball stuff.

This Kyrie-iso ball has got to stop. He just dribbled for all but the last .5 seconds of that possession. We look so much better when we move the ball! (duh)

Good game to watch. Deng and waiters both show casing for the other team

I didn't say that Deng wasn't good, I was just saying he wasn't this good. He's shooting 433 for the season and almost 666 today?

This game was largely how our team should look most of the time. With Bynum scoring and creating problems for the interior defense which creates open shots on the outside. Now we just needs to get Kyrie back on board.

Isn't it kind of odd that the Cavs would come out playing that much better on the second half of a back to back against a better team the night after they were humiliated by Boston?

Maybe he's auditioning? Not that the Cavs would give up much for him, but he'd be a heck of a pickup for a playoff run and as a fallback free agent option this summer.

I doubt Chicago would like anything the Cavs would legitimately offer for him though.

We'll be more than happy with Waiters. You guys seem to need a seasoned vet who doesn't have to take the ball out of Kyrie's hands to score and we need someone other than Rose who can create his own shot. Deng for Waiters plus whatever makes the deal work.
Just a must-watch army of possessed ass-kickers laying the smack down night after night after night. People are gonna hate playing the Bulls this year.

That is brutally bad for Cleveland, and quite frankly never going to happen. I read several pages of the Waiters thread on the Bulls forum and was laughing hysterically at guys saying that Deng for Waiters and Bynum plus a pick was a fair deal. Why on earth would the Cavs give up all of that for a rental?

Waiters very well might be traded at some point, but I can guarantee that it won't be a straight up deal for Deng, and it especially wont be a deal where we add more. Yikes fellas.

That is one of the bigger reasons I don't see the Cavs making a deal. Some folks seem to forget that money always plays a part in trades and the Cavs have some very very young and inexpensive players as well as no bad contracts. We really have no filler to toss in either.

The Cavs were actually utilizing the pick and roll/pick and pop, and they were getting some transition buckets. Bynum may not be able to get down the floor quickly every time, but he is a solid big man to have starting the break.
Well at least we're not Detroit!
