Lol if bcs doesn't put a team that hasn't lost a game in two years in the title game to put in the luckiest team in football history, I promise to personally teabag every pollster out there

I'm saying this in a future tense type of way. Ohio State could have easily lost two games this season and losing to Sparty next week would be great for Auburn's cause. The only issue being they still have to beat Mizzou or South Carolina.

Seriously, though... Can we all just sit back and imagine what life will be like next week if Duke somehow takes down FSU?

Couldve lost to game only valid between teams with the same record, auburn would lose that argument anyway half their wins came down the wire. Michigan st game far from gimme but if everything goes according to plan, no way auburn jumps osu.

I think Missouri actually has a better case if they win today but I don't see them jumping osu either.

Duke as the ACC champs makes me laugh, but possible.

Like every season there have been some games every week that just have an incredible wow factor.

The NFL could never provide the weekly entertainment that NCAA football does.

Again, the Auburn game yesterday was a one-of-a-kinder that will be shown over and over for the next few decades.

It was like Billy Cannon's punt return, Linsday Scott's TD catch and run....

Oh how I wish to get that feeling with my football team.

If auburn wins the SEC championship against Missouri, they will be in the national championship against FSU. And they most definitely will win

Those reactions are priceless.

They will never forget where they were or who they were with.

A single moment that will remain crystal clear for auburn fans for their lifetimes.

They most definitely will not. Championship teams can actually pass the ball. FSU would ruin Auburn.

auburn might be the weakest number 3 this late into season in recent history. i am curious about missouri though, not only they looked dominant against very good teams but their only loss came in overtime where they blew a two td lead last few minutes.

FSU
Ohio State
Auburn
Bama
Mizzou

I think this just about cements Bama having no shot whatsoever of limping into the NC again.

If, and this is a big if, Auburn absolutely destroys Mizzou in the SEC title game and Ohio State barely slips past Sparty, there's a chance Auburn could leapfrog into 2nd.

Championship weekend will be huge, and if it's anything like the rest of the season, we might see some great upsets.

i'm assuming that if missouri wins it won't be enough to jump them into second either (if the top 2 win)

If Auburn beats mizzou and ohio st loses to 11 Michigan st (which is very likely), then all we'd need is a miracle of duke beating FSU and we get a rematch of Auburn/Alabama. No way itd live up to the hype but itd be a cool storyline.
