Chris Paul may be having a better statistical season than Durant right now.
He certainly is not a better player, nor will he ever be.
Durant without Harden and Westbrook didn't fare any better.
Chris Paul has played 5 PO series, in which he played with the likes of:
2007-08: West, Stojakovic, Chandler (2nd round)
2008-09: West, Stojakovic, Chandler (1st round)
2010-11: Landry, Ariza, Okafor (1st round)
2011-12: Griffin, Mo Williams, Jordan, Young, Butler (2nd round)
2012-13: Griffin, Crawford, Jordan, Barnes, Butler, Billups (1st round)
He had a pretty bad supporting cast in 2010-11. The rest, it was either good or great. Never past 2nd round, not once.
Chris Paul's a great PG and one of the smartest players in the game. But his impact will never be on the same level as LeBron's or -a step below- Durant's.
