Note sure if this is deserving of it's own topic, butsomeone compiled a chart into how the Jays current roster was formed into a subway style chart http://cdn0.sbnation.com/assets/3638977 ... _Route.jpg
Provides a good insight into whether we made good or bad moves, what could've been etc. Starts with as soon as we acquired a player for free (draft, FA, waiver pickup, trade for cash[free as in no player given up])
Only error I've noticed is it says Mickey Storey and Todd Redmond were Rule 5 pickups rather than Waiver claims

I thought EE was part of a trade rather than a waiver/FA pickup?
Pretty cool graphic, though.

I believe he came through a trade with Cincy, then I think we waived him or let him go to FA, and then Oakland got him, and then put him on waivers and the Jays claimed him again.

Close. We acquired him when we traded Rolen on July 31/09. Then his contract was expiring and Oakland claimed him off Waivers(Nov 12 /10), but didn't sign him an extension, so he became a FA. We signed him to a new deal a month later on Dec 16, 2010.
