Our perimeter defense/rotations have to be picture perfect because Pau will not contest at the rim under any circumstances

You noticed that also. Dude never wants no part of protecting the rim

Hill is working but he can't outrebound two 7 footers by himself FFS Pau. All in all a good first half though, nice to see them fight back from a 17 point deficit. Hopefully Blake has enough gas to finish this game strong

only down by 3 after being down by 17 in the first quarter, our bench plays with so much energy it's amazing to watch, most of the games last year were so depressing to watch but this season I know at the very least I'm going to see some effort, Love it!

You know if we could defend without fouling we would be killing them right now, we're holding them to 37% FG 30% 3PT but they're 16-18 FT

Good news is that we have 4 days off after this to rest and for Jordy to get his hamstring right, and of course Kobe getting to practice before his debut.

take away his jumper and he drives on you, defend the drive and he lifts for his wet jumper.

there's a reason he's a legitimate allstar

Was watching now the box score. Portland is 37% in FG and 30% in 3pt, but they are 16 of 18 in FT. One of these trends isn't gonna be the same in the second half, for the best or the worst.
