Maybe if their D was getting gashed for almost 100 yards at home by someone like Toby Gerhart.

Or if their defense getting humiliated vs mediocre offenses was the norm.

Seattle is really easy to like. Cool calm collected QB, and they beat teams up on both sides of the ball. That's the way everyone wants to see their team play. Only dis likable guys are Taint and Carroll.

Yeah I think the Monday night game clouds how I view Seattle, but they are a cocky trash talking team which I usually do like but not from a team that hasn't really won anything but that's looking like it might change.

Ironically Seattle's trash talking and baiting opponents and that type of stuff will annoy me a lot less if they win a Super Bowl.

I actually don't mind them besides Taint and the fail mary situation. Their defense is great to watch

What both of you say is very true.

1) I can't stand Taint or Carroll, both are arrogant slimeballs.

2) The Monday night still burns me because it cost us the #2 seed last year.

It is terrible because I grew up out in the state of Washington, moved there when I was 4 and growing up I saw more Seahawks football than Packers and was pretty close to a die hard fan until that Monday night game.

I've slowly gotten over it but it killed me to hate and be so bitter towards a team I used to love.

Would have loved to see a healthy Rodgers against the Seahawks come playoff time. It would have been a battle but with the best QB in football under center, I would have liked our chances. Oh well, hopefully next year we finally get an injury free year or at least something resembling normal amounts of injuries and a new D coordinator that brings the defense to life. That and what should be TT's highest draft pick in quite some time.

Just got done listening to Steve Young yelling on the MNF postgame on ESPN radio.

"Everyone who has played in Seattle over the last 2 years has gotten trucked!"

I want to barf.

I grew up in Milw, but I remember a lot of Seattle games on TV at 3:00. They were somehow my favorite team besides the terrible 80s Packers (who rarely played a non-12:00 game). I remember rooting for them--Dave Krieg, Largent, Blades, Warner, JL Williams--in I think more than one playoffs against the Oilers when they had Moon and all those WRs and RBs. But yeah, don't like them now because of those same 2 reasons. Sherman and Earl Thomas are other guys who annoy me. Also that OL Sweezy.

Yeah. Everyone knows GB is the last team to win in Seattle.

Because of all of the bad teams facing each other we (Packers) have a great shot at a top pick if Rodgers sits out this year.

Clowney or Mosley HERE WE COME?
