Chill out. He will be fine.

Let's see where he is around Feb/March.
He's coming off his first major NBA injury, so I'm willing to give him the benefit of the doubt for now

I'm assuming you're a Laker fan, do you expect Kobe to put up 25 points on 50% shooting right off the bat? Dude it takes time to get reacquainted after an injury.

Re: Russell Westbrook's Percentages
Give him some time, he's missing tons of shots he usually makes. He's still a positive out there, just because his aggressiveness opens up so much for his teammates. It's no wonder Ibaka started beasting ever since Russell came back.

He's just setting up his exit from OKC like Lebron did in Cleveland. Come on down Russ!

Re: Russell Westbrook's Percentages
Not only is he coming off a major injury, but I remember this popping up last year and everyone wanted his head after the Harden deal. He's an excellent player and incredibly important to the Thunder. His percentages will rise yet the team is much better with him regardless

Re: Russell Westbrook's Percentages
Hmm...being a Warriors fan who has only seen Westbrook play against us I could have sworn he was shooting better than this. I guess he just needs to keep imagining he's shooting a game winner against us.
Jarret Jack: “I brought one of my best suits. But looking down at this jersey, it’s just a sense of pride I don’t think I’ve ever felt as a professional. … Nothing in my closet is better than what I have on now."

Re: Russell Westbrook's Percentages
He's shooting 44% for midrange (good), as well for the restricted area (very bad). And 33% above the break.

Re: Russell Westbrook's Percentages
I don't understand how PER works, does it not take into account percentages?
Russell Westbrook has a better PER than Lance Stephenson. Stephenson puts up comparable numbers outside of scoring, but he scores more effeciently(just through the brief sample we have). I am by no means saying I think Lance Stephenson is better than Russell Westbrook, just trying to figure out where the difference in PER comes from.

Re: Russell Westbrook's Percentages
not really, if you should over some lowish percentage (33%?) your per only gets up with each shot you take
