Drinking game will be in full effect for this one.

Put your ideas here, we'll narrow it down by tomorrow night.

The Knicks have been losing close games and despite the fact that they're not overwhelming their opponents, I'm pretty sure they will break their losing streak against our last place defense.

Melo is going to feast on Anderson.

After seeing Lopez refuse to assert himself against Denver's small front line, I don't hold much hope against Bargs and Kmart.

If takes a 20+ pt loss from the Knicks for management to take off the rose-colored glasses and see the pile of garbage we're in, so be it.

I disagree. They're 28th in defense and 23rd on offense and are among the slowest teams in the league. We play well against slow teams. The Knicks are also 27th in three point shooting and 29th in total rebounds... which have been our two biggest weaknesses.

As for Lopez; he missed 5 to 6 shots that he normally converts. He should be fine tomorrow. And while I agree that 'Melo should eat us up, one player can't win a basketball game. No one on that team can guard Lopez, Blatche or Joe.

While I don't dismiss the possibility of the Knicks beating this horrendous team, I personally think we win by 10-12 points.

The Nets will lose this game, and in an embarrassing fashion.

This ship has sailed. Either fire that wife beating sack of **** or blow the team up.

I'm expecting a loss...it's not really HCA against the Knicks, and I honestly think we're playing worse than they are, despite what our (slightly) better record says.

Can't wait to listen to Charles Barkley on color commentary.

Expected lines of gold:

"You can't go up that soft to the rim if your Brook Lopez"

"If you average 7 rebounds a game, you are a small forward not a power forward"

"If I played in the NBA today I would be driving a spaceship"

"I hate new yorkers"

"The bright side for Knick and Net fans is think of all the money you'll save on playoff tickets!"

I'll laugh then cry at the reality of those statements.

This is gonna look real pathetic for both fan bases when we puff out our chests and try to act like we're better than one another when we're the two laughingstocks of the league

I fully expect him to say he'll join the Blazers forum and that he's done with the Nets but not do it.

Nets lose by 20+ maybe -16 if they cut the deficit in garbage time.

TheProkorov thinks our struggles this year have taken all then fun out of watching the knicks stink up the joint. And losing to them tonight would really be an exclamation point to the first quarter of this season. It's already hard to watch, but losing to a knicks team struggling just as bad as we are would be rough.

If this team cant get up for the knicks, after all the trash talk and all our poor play then im not sure they can get up to play anyone and we may as well pack it in now. after tonite thats almost 20 games, you cant really call it early. at this point its panic time if we cant rip off 5 or 6 wins in a row.

Re: Lopez, i dont think he played as poorly as his stat line against Denver... although i do feel like if he went up and tried to dunk more of those shots close in he'd miss less of them and get more whistles. it seems he does alot of arguing after some misses with no calls. he needs to go strong and live with the result i think. He should feat tonite. bargs is trash and kmart has no size for him. I would like to see more cross pick action where someone chips his guy as he comes across the lane and less post ups 8-10 feet out. no one on the knicks is stopping him if he catches is deep in the paint.

We also need blatche to go HAM and need to find a way to contain the pick and roll. im not super worried about carmello, i think he can get 35 and we can still get a W. i dont want to see martin getting easy dunks off 1-5 pick and rolls. make felton a shooter if you need to.

Last... i want to see mirza and livingston on the floor together. have shaun post and have mirza feed him from the wing. force mirza's guy to double down or let livingston abuse felton or prigs.
