it isn't very difficult to perform well againt maynor.

Come on.

The young man has really good handles. Complete command of the ball. Thats a good place to start if you are a PG.

I love how the thread title changes from time to time

http://www.bulletsforever.com/2013/12/6 ... foot-bucks

Disaster may have struck the Washington Wizards on a meaningless half-court heave at the end of the first quarter. Martell Webster came down really hard on his left foot and was writing on the ground for a few minutes afterwards. He has a left ankle sprain and is listed as doubtful to return, according to Chris Miller on CSN Washington.

The whole play happened because Eric Maynor mismanaged a final possession, allowing the Bucks a chance for a fast-break dunk.

Maynor: "I don't suck that bad, do I"?
Wall: Can't answer as he puts his head down in shame.
Rice: Has to turn away.

Yep, still pisses me off that we didn't get more in that trade - Crawford had to be traded but it still stinks. Also Wolters >> Maynor. Worst GM in L right now sans NY/Brooklyn.

Maynor: Yeah. I eat Taco Bell last night. SBD. You didn't hear that one coming didn't you.
Wall: Aww God. My eyes are burning. I don't know what's worse, your smell or your game.
Glen: Man. Help me breath. I'd rather be back in the DL where I could shoot and smoke some Js.

Singleton and Vesely weren't cut, Maynor won't be either. Ernie probably will look to package Maynor with Ariza in a trade.....possibly.

Maynor had a TS% of 50.9% last season. This season it is at 39.2%. He is only making 29% of his 2PA . What was Maynor doing differently in Portland than he was in Washington? Most Portland fans saw Maynor as a competent point guard; in fact he closed out games. Is Portland's system simply better suits Maynor or has Maynor's game just regressed that much?

It's mind-boggling, but he's easily the worst player I've ever seen. Even with Kwame, he stunk, but the talent was there. I don't see a single thing that this guy is even average at. :-?

Kwame at least got to the point were he could be a serviceable backup big...I was prepared for Maynor to be bad...but no one was prepared enough to deal with all his dick guzzling he does on the court. Dude is pathetic.

I could be wrong, but I thought most Blazers' fans couldn't stand Maynor last season.

You may be right. I remember a few posters in the Eric Maynor thread saying that he was pretty good for them and they didn't bring him back because they drafted CJ McCollum. But they did criticize his defense.

Never signed a contract with NOLA after spending time with them in the summer. Three games in D-leage and he is averaging 27ppg, 4.7 Ast, and 3.7 Rebounds.

I'd definitely be in favor of giving him a shot. I think there's a place in the NBA for undersized PG's who really know how to play. They can't be starters because of defensive mismatches, but they can be the engine that runs a second unit.

No one pimped Pierre more than I did in that draft.

Bring him on. Someone take Maynor out back and shoot him.

I've seen enough.

Another update on Pierre Jackson. Scored 43pts on 15-25 shooting, grabbed 6 rebs, and dished out 3 assists in 44 minutes last night. Again we don't need a distributor with the second unit, we need a scorer. I wonder what Maynor would do with 44 minutes in the D-league?

Maynor: You see what I work with man?
Wall: Dude how do you do it? I was trying to deal with one bench guy
Maynor: Wussah man. Try working with 4 of them.

When Wall is surrounded by bench scrubs he can actually score on his own and defend his man. Maynor does neither. Signing him was idiotic since everyone knew he would be playing with guys who can't score.

Wall Scored 47 last year with the following: Emeka, Singleton, Booker, Ves, Seraphin, Temple, Cartier being the only players getting PT.

That's ONE legit NBA player (Emeka), and ONE 9th man type (Booker).
