Add option to turn off profanity filter

add an option in the control panel to view the forums unfiltered.

that way you only see swears if you enable it it will be exactly the same as it is now for everyone who leaves the filter on.

im pretty sure this already is built in to phpbb, you just need to enable it in the admin cp

The whole point of the profanity filter is to force people to express themselves in a more friendly fashion and keep things a more age-friendly environment. I don't think this is likely, nor do I personally endorse it. You can make your point without swearing, the language is sufficient to be coherent without cursing visibly.
