As MB said, most of these reactions are hindsight, as AA seems to make moves that, at the time, are moves that hardcore baseball fans usually seem amenable to initially. In a certain way, he's a fan's GM in that he often makes moves that many fans "would" seem to make, but there are flaws to this approach.
