Stuckey / Monroe /Jennings /Drummond /Singler line is our worst defensive line up
and
Pope / Monroe /Jennings / Drummond /Smith is best.
so this means smith is our best defender and singler is worst.
How do you come to that conclusion when there is more than one variable?

there are two variables. stuckey/pope and smith/singler. I guess that second one is more likely

Pretty well. The only guy who used to work him was Duncan but realistically defense is not an issue. He came into the league with a mindset to play D and that never changed. Guys can back him down at times but they still have to shoot over him which isn't easy, even at point blank range.
In his rookie year i saw him block 10 shots in a game against Dallas.... without a foul. And he was playing at the 2. Think about that for a minute. Some of the stuff he used to do on D was jaw dropping. He is the best i have ever seen at chasing down the other teams fast break and blocking their shots.
