Slighty off topic but when i was in elementary school (class 5 or something, forget what year) i watched Kobe and Shaq play together before going to school (+7 GMT ftw), and suddenly thought, "does basketball always be this easy ? That big black bald guy so dominant, why cant someone stop him ? And that stupid hair player is amazing, what a duo.. and the guy with the bandana looks so calm and fresh wow"

Since then im became avid bball fans, not just regular fans

Its spell domination, but i never had chance to watch showtime live, so i cant really comment on it.

As a Kings fan, I always say the 2001 Lakers was the best team ever assembled IMO.. That team wouldn't let anyone compete with them in the playoffs that year, they would just annihilate them. The Showtime Lakers couldn't mess with Shaq, and none of them had the technique Kobe did at his high point. Different eras, and the 80's were a weaker era in general

So, Kareem Abdul-Jabbar
Magic Johnson
Michael Jordan
James Worthy
Larry Bird
Isiah Thomas
Kevin McHale
Robert Parrish
Clyde Drexler
Karl Malone
John Stockton
Charles Barkley
Bernard King
Dr. J
Sleepy Floyd
Dennis Johnson
Dennis Rodman
Charles Oakley
Xavier McDaniel
Andrew Toney
Gus Williams
Moses Malone
And the list goes, was an inferior era? This must mean you've never seen a live game from the 80's
