My thought as well. Just thought "Big winner from tonight's MIA-IND game is Kevin Durant."

OKC is only 1 game back of IND, and they already beat them with Durant doing very well in the game.

Could be KD's year.

Well, that was a damn stinker as far as MVP goes. They both sucked tonight.

He may not have lit up the stat sheet, but George showed me a lot tonight. He started slow, but was able to adjust to the Miami defense after the half to help lead his team to victory(due credit to Roy Hibbert). Miami and LeBron got on him early, but he never shelled up, fought back, and eventually his shot started falling. Plus, he gave you A+ defense on Wade/LBJ. Given the situation, it's hard to be disappointed.

Yeah that first half of 2 points, and 5 turnovers was bad though.

Like I said in the game thread, he's never seen double teams like that. He adjusted well after half. Miami should have pulled that double teaming or rushing him on every pick out in the playoffs. In a pivotal game that would have been huge. It shows they wanted to win this game badly enough to game plan for him. Also, Lebron is human after all.

So yeah, he did some good things, but it certainly wasn't a pretty show that's going to win him any votes.

Wasn't his best game though, missed 4 ft's and was sloppy with the ball. But he did close out the game out defensively after Atlanta cut the lead early in the 4th. All in all, it was a solid showing.


On another note; looks to be on the cusp of developing into a 28-29ppg / 9-10rpg / 5-6apg / 60+ts% type of player. Rare company.

As a big Lebron fan I have to admitt that Durant is a better overall player than Lebron! For me he is Now definitevly the best player in the league!
He has a better offensive skills than Lebron, he is a better rebounder! In the other hand Lebron has become a turnover machine!

Lebron is so frustrating sometimes. Enough with this attempt of being perfect with the stats. He needs to get to beast mode when his team needs it. 3 consecutive games with him being passive and overpassing instead of going for the basket

All, and I mean ALL his field goals made were absolutely easy. He just went to the rim and scored without any resistance. And yet, the rest of his attempts were long 2's after some jab steps. I don't get it.

His stats are amazing, by he is going down in my MVP list just because of his coasting. Last night he made no efford to get his team back in the game. Overpassing, turnovers, settling for jumpers...I swear at least 7 of his 10 misses were stupid long shots he could have avoided by just going to the rim and getting the and 1.

But hes not the most efficient, he cant score at will like kd with ease...hes watchin his stats trying not to take dumb shota and miss...scoring isnt as natural for lebron as people think...especially now
