Shumpert fans, exhale: I'm told chances of him going to TOR in a Lowry deal are slim. Raps not high on him. Knicks prefer to keep (for now).

So who's our PG next year? I bet you we re-sign him. Then we will be stuck with Raymond Jr longer than we would have been stuck with Raymond Sr...

the knicks could tank then being that they would own their pick.

OK but who will be our PG for the 2014 - 2015 season? Now you know Kyle will not take a one year deal...

Seeing the Indiana Pacers succeed, people should realize the value of identity. That being said, I repeat: I want to have Lowry, K-Mart, Artest, Chandler AND Shumpert on this team. Hell, give them whatever and also bring in Amir Johnson. But don't touch Shumpert. Come on!

Why don't we look at the actual stats and not some fantasy stat like TS%? JR Smith shoots over 50% of his career in TS%, including 52% this season.

Kyle Lowry isn't good but I'm never surprised when I see fans endorsing awful moves because they've done it before for Eddy Curry, Zach Randolph, Steve Francis, Jerome James, JR Smith, etc. This fanbase either never learns from the past or simply enjoys the abuse.

JR's TS% this year is .450

Man you're on fire being right.

Meant last season.

You sure do love to troll, don't you? For a guy (you) who is always wrong on everything he says you sure do love to show your arrogance.

Coming from a guy who says he's almost never wrong. Gotcha.

This is a terrible post.

Shumpert is struggling because Woodson is awful. You weren't saying this about Shumpert when he was thriving under D'Antoni.

In what universe did Shumpert thrive under D'antoni?

It certainly isn't the universe where he shot sub-.400 FG% and sub-.300 3P% on 10ppg.
And just like that, the lead has been cut to 8!

how about arguably the teams biggest weakness, defending opposing pg's?

felton can't do it to save his life, lowry can.

Why would the Craptors trade for two currently injured players? I don't see any trades till after Chandler comes back.

Or perhaps a new coach?

I'm not saying Woodson is to blame for all of his struggles, but it seems silly to give up on a guy completely when he is playing for a guy that is a lame duck at this point anyway.

It makes sense though. Shumpert has a serious injury history, has not advanced his play, and is closer to coming off his rookie deal than THJR.

so it makes trading a guy who's nearing his rookie deal for a guy who's expiring?

that's not stupid.
