Toronto locks the Tank in and we add by subtraction

I'd love that...especially if they released Chris Smith an hour after the deal is reported. That would make me a Mills fan...a legit Mills defender.

Trading away Felton is probably the only way we get a different starting PG the rest of the year. At least until we dump the coach and who knows if the new guy will be smarter. The biggest plus in that Felton/Shump deal is that Felton doesn't get to play for us any more. This is the catch-22 thanks to our stubborn coach.

I think Felton is going to be hurt all year... And I wouldn't commit to another point guard at this point in the season unless it was a big upgrade.

Lowry does nothing for me man... When I envision the kind of PG that can do for Melo what he needs done for him I don't envision this guy. Just sit tight... we'll make the playoffs.. just can the coach and Start Prigioni.

Agreed, I don't know how much Lowry actually improves us. He's better than Felton but his only redeeming feature is that he can knock down three's better than Felton and nobody in the NBA is as bad as Felton at defending PG's. I want a damned Dragic deal but that seems impossible now that Shump has ruined his value and Dragic has shown the Suns how good he really is.

I'd love to just see Prigs start and Murry get some actual opportunities to be the back-up. Whatever it takes to see Felton STOP GETTING MINUTES (I'm subconsciously screaming at Woody with those caps). I've lost patience with Shump though, and I don't think it would be the worst thing in the world if the (now pretty much debunked I know) Felton/Shump deal happened.

I think that hammy is going to be bugging him all year. Maybe a new coach decides to push the ball and Murry can get some burn. But I like the way the team looks with Prigioni starting.. he seems to fit into what Woody wants to do more than Felton.

Anybody who thinks giving up Shumpert and Hardaway Jr. along with Felton in a package for Lowery is a damned fool. I'd give em Felton in a heart beat. How about Felton, JR and a pick for Derozan and Lowry :D :D

How does Lowry stack up against George Hill?

Shumpert can be traded for a 1st round pick in this year's draft, which is more valuable to me than a mediocre PG like Kyle Lowry who will end up being a free agent.

Another horrible post. Who in their right mind is trading a first round pick for Shump right now? He's not good. He's bringing almost nothing to the table. And no, it's not Woodson's fault.

Lowry is better. I don't think of George Hill as a PG really. And he's not even shooting better than Lowry this year. Lowry is just a better all around player.

Zero market with sufficient assets. What is BK giving? Tyshaun Taylor? Warriors? Certainly not any of their good young assets so you're left with the Marrese Speights of the world.

This ssystem has turned iman shumpert into pure trash, he is ready to blossom on another franchise.
