Is everyone too demoralized to give an analysis? I don't normally get to see the games since I'm in Indiana and too cheap to shell out for the League Pass. As a result, I only get to see the aftermath. Looking at the replays and the stats (sorry Rudy), I'm left wondering if this outcome was due to our defense being non-existent. On the other hand, it also looked like the Jazz were just on fire considering they were shooting 56% from behind the stripe. Was it either/or? A combination of both?

What are your thoughts?

The team just did not show up and play. The effort was terrible.

It was also one of those games where the other team couldn't miss. I mean Jefferson went off on us last night hitting a bunch of shots he normally wouldn't amongst other players. I'm not saying we would have won had they not shot so well but it's the reason why it was a 20 point blow out instead of a 5 point loss.

Alright so the Raptors twitter said Vasquez passed his physical. Looks like Gay will play tomorrow unless there's some other contingency I'm not aware of.

We just did not come to play. We played worse on the defensive end than the offensive end. It's the NBA. If you play soft defense any team can whoop you down.

I read some of the Jazz players' post-game interviews. It seems they were motivated to redeem them selves after that OT loss to the Kings, at home. They felt they should have won that game and still had a bitter taste left in their mouths from that night.

Unfortunately, they put more effort into this game than we did. They wanted it more.

I would have loved to have been a fly on the wall of the locker room at the end of the game. Had Malone had hair, I imagine it would be gone by now trying to figure out the overwhelming lack of motivation on this team. I guess it's just been beaten out of them after so many years of losing. I imagine it is like post-cancer recovery. Even though the Maloofs are gone, the symptoms will remain with us through this recovery period.
