The New York Knicks are pursuing Toronto point guard Kyle Lowry with a package of Raymond Felton, Metta World Peace and a 2018 first-round draft pick, league sources told Yahoo Sports.

Metta will murder someone if he gets dealt to Toronto

I have no idea what they see in him...

I don't know maybe it's because he played in the big east.. maybe they don't like Hill because he's a pacer.

There is a reason Lowry is about to be traded to his 4th team in his career.

I'm not a big Lowry fan.. if there is a position I know it's the 1.

Lowry and Shumpert in the same backcourt is some tenacious play. That's the type of guard play made for NY, when we have a better coach.

I even said this before we were rumored to get Lowry that the Pacers should get him. When the going gets tough, you need dudes who aren't afraid to mix it up down low and Lowry is that type of guy. In the playoffs, the Heat will win again because George Hill can't handle the pressure (not saying he's a choker, I mean like getting pestered on offense), and he doesn't have that tenacity in him.

And knowing you know the 1, you know for sure that George Hill ain't no real PG.

Unprotected? Probably not. And if it's lottery protected then I still don't love it.

How in the world is Hill the perfect PG for Melo when Lowry isn't? Hill is pretty much a worse version of Mario Chamlers. On 2 point FGA he is shooting 42% compared to Lowry's 48%. They are equal as 3 point shooters and rebounders and Lowry gets a lot more assists and runs the offense for his team. George is a slightly better defender. So tell me how Hill would be a better fit?

Because you can count on Hill to make the right play and to get the ball where it needs to be. I think just the way Hill carries himself on the floor would demand more respect from Anthony. Hill in a lot of ways reminds of Billups... Lowry doesn't.

You know it isn't all about percentages and stats and things like that. Sometimes it's about actually watching the two guys play.

Kyle Lowry and George hill are interchangeable. Their teams would be in the same position if they switched teams

World Peace, who signed as free agent this summer, can't be traded until Sunday, per league rules. Freshly signed free agents aren't eligible to be included in trades until Dec. 15.

If we give up this pick and it's not protected, I don't even know.

Hill is one of the worst entry passers I've ever seen. They lost the series versus Miami in 2012 because they couldn't pass it in the post.

In a tough spot I'm trusting Hill running the point more than I trust Lowry. That's what it comes down to for me.

Sorry young fella.. that's just the way it is for me. To each his own.
