A first round pick is worthless if it is 5 years away. And hell, it wont be "LeBron James" so why is anyone worried? Draft picks are overrated anyway. I'd rather have mediocre PG's as short-term stop-gaps to try and save a lost season with a terrible coach so our best player doesn't leave this offseason.

Now you are getting it. Once you start thinking like how the Knicks actually function instead of a fantasy land rebuilding model that will never happen you will be a lot happier with life.

I definitely would love to have a playoff birth with a team under .500 and get swept in the first round just so I can say "hey we made the playoffs 4 years in a row!!" rather than keep my assets and try to build a decent team in the future since the current one is going nowhere as is.

Felton hasnt played a full season either since 2009 he shoots 32% from 3 averages 5-6 ast and 3 boards with atrocious defense

yes Lowry is a huge upgrade, he is better across the board

The closest he got was in the 10-11 season where his team failed to make the playoffs. Other than that yr's stats, lowry has been more or less the same as ray. I'm not advocating for felton, simply sayin to stop over rating lowry. Now if you still would like to believe that lowry is SOOOOOOOOOO much better than ray, can't help you there.
