Plumlee was all over the top 10 plays today.. even the guy that does the recaps was hardly holding back the laughs

Good game by Suns. Suns let them come back again and again. I wasn't happy with it.
Win is a win.

I got my Season Team Pass with Suns. Bring it on.

We are a playoff contender so I think the Goodwin development train has been derailed!

Yea but that's not the point. Even if we're trying to win, shouldn't Green get taken out when he does bad plays?

I actually think you answered your own question.
Gerald Green has been in and out of the league for like 8 years? You can't change him
Goodwin is on a short leash because thats a way of developing him. Keep him clean

A's over Royals. Lester and experience will prove that he's worth the trade.

Tigers winning it all. Tigers are, imo, peaking at the right time.

Frye is the weak link on this squad.

As much as you dislike Frye, he is an integral part of this team's success. He has been pretty good for the last few weeks, after understandably starting slow after the year plus off.

The only way you'd improve on Frye in this lineup would be to add someone that is an improved clone of Frye. Say, Ryan Anderson, but that comes with a crappy contract attached. The system works because the floor is so spread. Add a classic PF to the lineup with Plumlee at center and it clogs the lane for the double-headed snake that is Dragic/Bledsoe. Frye has been up around top for +/-s for the last few weeks, and as flawed as that stat is, it can still be useful.

Agreed. Sensible upgrade to PF would be more on the defensive side.

So he gets away with playing bad because he's older than Goodwin?

Not sure that's a very good rational but you are probably right.

Got to like the ways these guys are responding. If they can learn to close out games like last night, then there is no telling.

Green is better for what we need right now (shooting)....even when he has his bad spells.

I might not be fair but it will get out any bad habits in Archies game if you keep him on a short leash.
You can sit Green all you want he is who he is at this point.

Because Green is a proven threat from outside and having him on the floor spreads the offense around because teams know he can knock down the 3. outside of dragic, bledsoe, and plumlee its a shooters system right now. Hornacek has given him the green light because he proved he can knock them down you can't give up on a guy because of a slump hornacek knows that. And to be honest Archie hasn't proven anything just yet.

That was the worst officiated game I've seen in a while. Definitely the worst of the season. Apparently the NBA didn't think this game is worth sending veteran officials.

Return to Phoenix Suns
