thats a lot of salary going out. Scary what could come back.

If the Bobcats want to make a splash, what about this deal

Bobcats get: Gasol
Lakers get: Ilyasova/Udoh/Neal
Bucks get:Gordon/Biyombo/pick???

Sorry read as Ersan/udoh/neal all apart of one deal.

I'm guessing it won't all be same deal.. Neal is coveted by Miami

Lakers are reportedly interested in Chandler. I'd offer up Sanders for their 2014 and 2016 1sts. I'm not sure if they have their 2016 but I think they have their 2014. I see the Lakers as a team that thinks it's going to be good but could easily end up really struggling and getting a pick in the 10-15 range.

Yes. Take Miami's late first. They don't need it anyways.

Would you rather the Bucks acquire the 30th overall pick in the 2014 draft OR a “lottery ticket” with a 20% chance of being the 15th overall pick in the 2014 draft (but most likely a future 2nd rounder)?

The Philly pick that the Heat own could be an interesting gamble rather than getting Miami’s own first rounder. It’s 1-14 protected for this year and next but then it turns into 2015 and 2016 2nd rounders.

The most likely scenario is that the pick simply turns into two future 2nd rounders. This would not be all that desirable. However, with the east being SOOOO weak this year, there is a slim hope that Philly somehow stumbles into the 8th seed and having to confer that purgatory pick to Miami. I’m intrigued by the gamble.

They do have both their 2014 and 2016 picks but they can't trade either one of them seeing as they already traded their 2015 pick.

Soonest Lakers can trade a pick is 2019.

Think the Suns might be interested in Sanders for a pick? He could be the missing piece for that roster.

Any first or Cole would be fine with me. Thanks for the info. Any news on Mayo? Do they want to stick through the storm and see if he becomes the player they thought?

Would have to be more than one of them imo.

Rumor is Philly and Houston have a deal in place for Asik and Houston is waiting to see if someone outbids.

I heard it might be a three team deal too. I wonder who the third team is? Maybe Phx?

Hinkie is a Morey disciple, he's probably just asset collecting at this point. Selling Turner/Young/Hawes when their values high and buying Asik low.

And Asik is a really good building block as a defensive center.

I see that side of it but you have Noel right? ET's going to be taking 30 shots a game.

Right into a top 5 pick most likely, just what HInkie wanted from the start. And I don't think Noel will have any problem guarding fours.

I think they're top 5 regardless, just not sure I make a deal for a 27 year old centre right now.....Thad can be traded any time.

Maybe Philly's plan would be to trade Asik later on this year once his value has risen.

Return to Milwaukee Bucks
