Would have to be more than one of them imo.

Any first or Cole would be fine with me. Thanks for the info. Any news on Mayo? Do they want to stick through the storm and see if he becomes the player they thought?

Thinking youre getting anything of substance for Neal is foolish. Thats enough info on something I am not allowed to post.

Sanders wont be traded this season. Other teams have been rebuffed (alos trade machines PPP provision I believe is broken)

An open roster spot is good enough for me.

Fair enough. I was thinking we'd basically have to take Joel Anthony as the filler and he is a completely useless salary so they'd have to throw us something halfway decent.

I don't really understand the time crunch to trade Ersan.

Do we think he won't turn it on for the second half of the year and his value will decrease significantly, or have enough teams grown wise to that pattern and his value is about where it should be?

Or should we be bracing for a desperate win-now kind of trade?

Personally, I don't think Ersan's trade value was ever all that high. Even last season I was saying I doubt we get a lottery pick for him.

Would you rather the Bucks acquire the 30th overall pick in the 2014 draft OR a “lottery ticket” with a 20% chance of being the 15th overall pick in the 2014 draft (but most likely a future 2nd rounder)?

The Philly pick that the Heat own could be an interesting gamble rather than getting Miami’s own first rounder. It’s 1-14 protected for this year and next but then it turns into 2015 and 2016 2nd rounders.

Absolutely not. We already know Philly is tanking, even though they've been better than expected so far. The fact that they don't own their pick if they make the playoffs means they will not deviate from their tanking efforts, despite their early season success. Teams like Phoenix and Boston might change their mind about tanking, but not Philly. The odds of receiving that 2014 pick are under 5%. In 2015 it could happen, but Philly could creep all the way up to the 20th pick or so by then, since they would be adding Noel and a top-7 pick next season. That pick might not be any better than Miami's, considering the fact that this is a good draft and there's always a chance Miami will pick about 25th because they rest some stars or have some injuries, and don't need to have a good record to ensure a top-2 seed in the East.

Neal for Miami's first would be sweet. Kohl probably won't allow it though. Need Neal for that midseason playoff push.

Time crunch isn't us IMO. It's interest from the rest of NBA.

Yes, they've missed the boat on trading Ersan. At this point if rather trade Henson for the best pick available hoping he and Sanders bounce back next year. Ersan can be very effective with Sanders. At least much moreso than Henson.

Well we did manage to turn Bogut and LRMAM into a bunch of 2047 2nd round picks, so maybe we can work some of that magic again.

That's because no one wanted to trade them when they had value. They waited until that were injured or sucked. Just like they are doing with Sanders and Ersan. Wash, rinse, repeat.

Bogut didn't get the Bucks any picks probably because they devalued him with Stephen Jackson added to the package. Bogut -> Udoh (all that's left of the trade).

Sanders won't be traded. They'd get **** and he's PPP. Sanders will not be moved.

We had the choice of Curry or Ellis which is a pretty god haul for an oft injured C and malcontent.

Good. I would hate to see them sell low again.

I'm well aware that situation. Just hypothetically proposing that they could've asked for a pick in a deal with Bogut depending on who else was included in the deal and what they were taking back. Stephen Jackson was negative value, even if they flipped him to SA (which was for RJ's terrible contract anyhow.)

Golden State are the ones who got a pick though, for taking on RJ. They definitely raped the Bucks in that trade.

Would you guys do a trade of Lee for Illyasova + Udoh + Ridnour?

Would you include Barnes? I know the answer, no...

No way. That's an awful trade.
