One of our posters just got banned.

I have had enough, and im getting flashes of years ago when this happened. Something needs to be done now, because Blkbrd671 was just suspended, without cause an im asking that tsherkin be reviewed, and or removed from global moderator.

He was asked simple questions, and lashed out. He was changing peoples post's, and deleted mine.

Asked a simple question;

How many piston games have you seen. One of our mods has to step up here, he is out of control.

Glad you brought this up.

Didn't know that he was banned but I saw the activity in this thread, and the mod he is mentioning was in my opinion acting disrespectful and quite hostile towards many posters.

He was also asked how he could call people ignorant when other posters get suspended for it.

Thenhe turned around and suspended Blkbrd671 and deleted his post. Just terrible. Something has to be done about him/her.

He absolutely was, and the hammer of justice needs to be brought down on him.

Really, really fast. I'm not letting this go, because its blatant double standard going on. He is openly hostile to ANYONE with a different opinion, and calls people ignorant, and when questioned, he just bans.

It will not be tolerated.

I've been reading through that thread all day and that Mod is a complete tool. What prick to ban someone when he was in fact the one being disrespectful.

You are 100% correct.

I am pretty sure Cow is a global mod now, so if your reading this Cow, please look into this, as it was a 100% unjustified banning, and I demand that the other global mod be stripped of his "powers".

Well Blkbrd671 I got your back, and im sure a lot of other posters here do as well. I wont let this go, but the board is slow tonight, so we will have to see what happens tomorrow it would seem.

If I can shoot an email out to Mass I will.

I can't comment on the moderator or the justification of the suspension because I didn't see the posts, but I do believe that nobody has any business commenting on a player they haven't watched.

You can't judge based off of stats alone. That includes advanced stats. That's why I don't bother arguing with stat gurus...they have no appreciation for intangibles and they discuss stats without context.

As far as I can tell, Blkbrd didn't deserve that ban at all. But if tsherkin was rampantly deleting posts, it's possible he said something that's no longer visible.

I've only read a few pages of that thread but tsherkin does seem to be out of line. Deleting posts in particular should not be tolerated because it makes it impossible to tell how things played out.

I PM'd Howard Mass. I hope this gets resolved, because im pissed off right now. He deleted post's, because he doesn't want people to see what he banned them for. I read every sentence Blkbrd wrote, and NONE of it deserved a suspension.

He is 100% out of control, and deserves to have his powers stripped from him. I am NOT going thru this crap again here.

wow it was lakerfan that got suspended for that? as far as I know he's not even a Jennings/pistons fan...

man tsherkin must believe in his stats religiously to get so defensive when people question them...
