Hammers: Bobcats Vs Pistons

Post#1 » by BigSlam » Sat Dec 21, 2013 2:50 am

Image = Big Al
Just amazing when we needed someone to be amazing. Couldn't be stopped scoring or rebounding.

Image = Kemba
On any other night, he would have been a lock for the Gold Hammer.

Image = Hobe
Played well and knew his role taking a back seat to Kemba and then Big Al when it was time for them to take over.

Happy winner pic:

Big Al - I guess you just can't give it to Kemba, no matter how much you want to. There would be no W without Al.

Gold = Big Al - came alive in the fourth quarter and got us the W
Silver = Kemba - another great game and he was consistent all night long
Bronze = Hendo - like Kemba, he played good all game long albeit quietly

Gold - Kemba, kept us in the game when it looked like the rest of the team could care less if we won or lost.

Silver - Jefferson, its tough to give him the silver with the way he played down the stretch, but he looked like Dookie prior to the 4th

Bronze- Hendo, yet another tough hammer to give. He played great to only get a bronze, but its a relative award
Mike Malone was never given a fair chance in Sacramento, and Ranadive will soon come to regret that, when he's on top of the WC inevitably contending somewhere

Really torn here.

Kemba - Kept us in striking distance first half
Al- Sealed it
Henderson

First two is a tossup. Went with Kemba because he was more efficient. Al was terrible in the first half.

Gold - Bismack Biyombo He was a significant piece in the bench unit that got Charlotte into the game. Clutch blocks, rebounds and even put a spin move+hook shot on somebody. This comeback was serious Biz-ness.

Silver - Kemba, was a flamethrower all game and gave Jennings all he could handle for once.

Bronze - Al. Yeah, he made a lot of big buckets at the end but he also shot the Cats into the big hole to begin with so he gets bronze.

HM - Hendo.

Kemba - terrific night. 34 points on 17 shots. probably the most efficient scoring night of his career to this point

Al - amazing takeover in the 4th. would've gotten gold on most nights but his first 3 quarters were abysmal and Kemba was sensational

Hendo - hit a lot of shots and went right at KCP the way he should.
