That's probably a question for May 2014.
But I would safely assume that if Wiggins or Parker were available to the Bulls, Deng will not be returning to the team.

It's a must if you're not going to re-sign him. Reports have Deng and the Bulls "$5-6M apart." That's a pretty substantial difference and says a lot about how each side values the next deal going forward.
Trading Deng for Okafor doesn't save money, but if a first round pick is attached to it, that's a player that will be here in years Deng won't be.
A deal like Deng/Teague for Okafor/Washington or Minnesota 1st works for me.
