Only if they get Rodgers back. And he'd have to be rusty his first game back no doubt.

obviously he'd have to be back, they aren't beating bears without him anyway, but i doubt rust would play a factor for a player like rodgers.

I hate the Cowboys and Romo as much as any Eagles fan...but man, if the Cowboys beat the Eagles next week...for all the crap Romo has gotten this season (and for the last few seasons, really), he should be praised to the skies for saving their season with the game-winning TD drive today. If they lost that game, Eagles would have clinched and next week's game would have been meaningless. Romo has kept their playoff chances alive, and tbh, they should be the favorites...at home, with an extra half day of rest, and being able to sit back and scout the Eagles in this game and what made them successful.

If the Cowboys pull it off next week...props to Romo.

Saints with the massive choke down the stretch of the season. I usually like them, but their fans have been way too cocky and basically penciled them in for the division even when Carolina was clearly right there with them in terms of record. The media said the Saints were a virtual lock for the division after they beat Carolina the first time...even though they had another matchup coming up.

I wouldn't mind seeing NO lose to the Bucs and Arizona beat SF to eliminate the Saints from the playoffs...they need to be knocked down a peg imo.

I feel the same way. Even though the Niners are peaking at the right time, I still wouldn't be surprised to see the Falcons play their best game of the season later tonight. The 9ers came back and beat the Falcons at home in the NFC Championship last year and I'm pretty sure that every player that was on that Falcons team in the NFC Championship game would love nothing more than to beat the Niners in SF's final game at CandleStick Park and to put them in a rough wild card deciding game against Arizona next Sunday. With all that being said tho, I see the Niners pulling this one out in a close game. The only way I could see the Falcons upsetting the Niners tomorrow is if Julio Jones was playing (which he is clearly not going to)

NaturalBuns wrote:Idc what anyone says the cardinals are a playoff caliber team. I truly think they are better then the 49ers as well lately.

 Wut? the 49ers have clearly been playing better football than the Cardinals. The Niners have won 4 straight games while the Cardinals have won 3 straight games, (2 of which they've got saved with hilarious calls). I'm happy whenever the Seachicks lose but let's not act like the Cardinals season didn't just get saved today by the refs due to them ruling the ball going off Baldwin's hand when it CLEARLY hit the ground

Playoff caliber team? Outside of Arizona's great defense, what else is so special about them? Their offense is horrific. Especially with their QB throwing 4 interceptions today and it got to the point where Arizona's offensive coordinator didn't even trust Palmer throwing the ball in the red zone. But hey, the sun shines on a dogs ass every now and then I guess

Nah his explanation makes sense, he roots for them because he lives there and they are in a different conference than his favorite team.

You just rooted for them because you hate Romo.

(Which is highly illogical because any sane or insane Pats fans would root against the Giants in pretty much any given scenario due to the past decade)

You're very unaware of the Connecticut/western mass crossover, but I'm not going to sit here and act like I'm apart of that, I don't like the giants just as much as the jets. I rooted for them the same way I'll be rooting for the winner of next weeks NFC east matchup to upset a playoff team.

Don't misconstrue it as I was going for them because I have hate for romo. I only hate romo because he's shoved down my throat. People hate manning and people hate Brady the same way.

I'm a little worried after that patriots performance , they played great but also gave off a sense of "lol how after all these injuries are we champs again?" Specially BBs post game presser. I'm now not so sure the chiefs come in and rail us over in foxboro in a 1 0 clock game like that Baltimore one in 2010 and BB and Brady walk off like "yeah knew that was coming, on to next year"

Well see though, I hope they can get to Denver, cause I think they'd have a good shot considering they've beat them.

I won't overlook the bills tho, they played the dolphins tough.

Ok i don't know what that has to do with anything?
I'm saying logically you should hate the Giants because of how they have affected your favorite teams place in history. Its really not a complicated concept. Its the same reason any Bills fan (i assume some exist though i've never met one or even talked to one online) should hate the entire NFC East (other than the Eagles)
Its the reason Cowboys fans hate the Steelers. Its the reason Bengals fans hate the Niners.

I'm not really misconstruing anything. You have an admitted hate for Romo and you rooted for the Giants until it was obvious to you they had no chance, once that failed you moved on to your last remaining hope the Eagles. I don't even know why you're trying to deny this, theres really nothing gained either way admitting or denying it, denying it just looks silly at this point :dontknow:

How was are season saved on that call I thought we had a 17-10 lead at that point.
Palmer is Palmer idk why your gonna make those type of comments when your QB had 5 turnovers in the same building.

your a different team?
so are we

I hope it goes down to week 17

A's over Royals. Lester and experience will prove that he's worth the trade.

Tigers winning it all. Tigers are, imo, peaking at the right time.

And why did I move on to the eagles?

Because I have a bet on them. Why am I rooting for the cowboys if/when they make the playoffs? Because I have a bet on them.

Look I'd have respect for you if you had one story and stuck to it. But you just keep saying random different things man. If you were a degenerate gambler that would be fine. Just be honest from the beginning about things, I don't know why you always try to deny things by making up extravagant stories and weird excuses, you're like one of those bad cartoon characters at this point.

Yea still can't believe we shredded their defence for a long period of our game a few weeks back. A shame that such a good team might/will miss out on the playoffs.
