Lol yeah, this is never in our building. Even if we played the Lakers, why is this team on the road?

Also the whole Lakers-Heat thing on Christmas hasn't been great since LeBron joined the team the first year. I rather play the Thunder or an East rival on Christmas. Like we played the Thunder last year I believe, IN OUR BUILDING, and that was fun. Why the **** do we play the Lakers on Christmas this year, even if Kobe was there? They didn't have the same hype they did last year. This makes no sense. Probably because Kobe was going to return... but still...

Whatever just get a win. Will be watching this on my brand new LCD. DO NOT DISAPPOINT ME HEAT!

Last 2 years the Heat didn't play the Lakers on Christmas though... I'm talking about the Heat's perspective. What does the Heat have to do with the Lakers these days? Heck I would rather play the Spurs on Christmas

I guess the NBA knew the Lakers wouldn't have much to look forward to this year, thus basically putting the best team on their floor on Christmas...

The only one starter on the Lakers I recognize is Gasol.

That means they have 4 scrubs that will destroy us.

I actually think this might be a good game. Lakers without Kobe have played well iirc. Wade rested should have a great game!

Would LOVE it if spo sat wade and James out. They shouldn't be playing on Xmas and if they did play it should be in Miami, we are the damn champs wtf is this disrespect.

if the heat randomly sat LeBron and wade on a prime time game i'm almost certain the heat would get fined... also it's a long season and the team needs to get ready for playoffs.

Consitrate on defense, the offense will come by itself against them, just make sure to stop them.

I'm drooling about the matchup with the Spurs. Heck, Grizzlies or Warriors would be top notch, this Lakers thing is a thing of the past with or without kobe just sayin'.

The fact the Kobe is out makes them much more dangerous, they have some young athletes that play hard and the ball moves without him. They've been solid at times, I expect a close game.

Also Jordan Hill might break some rebounding record.

Play defense and we win...like RexBoy above stated, they move the ball pretty well and they definitely have some athletes. Heck, if the teams like Sacramento are going to give us issues for a half or so, then this Lakers team needs to be taken seriously.

We need to move the ball on offense as well. Slowly, I'm seeing more and more ISO every game.

Every Christmas LeBron led teams give Lakers hard ass whooping. Keep the tradition alive please, even if it's without Kobe.

This is a very athletic team and they're dangerous without Kobe. They shoot, they pass, they run the floor. This is one of the teams that could run our defensive scheme actually. They're just coached by a buffoon.

I agree 100 percent. For one it makes no sense in having the champs on the road at Christmas. Secondly ther is no luster to this game despite the stars the Heat possess, the Lakers on the other hand are in flux and outside of Kobe we have no other players worthy of calling a star.

I would have rather seen the Heat and Pacers go at it on this day but the stupid schedule makers did that game last week.

Anyway I respect you guys and just hope this game stays competitive.

It seems im the only one here who's excited about this game.
Lakers players are some young athletic dudes who share the ball, i love watching them. i think it will be a great game.
