You don't build your team with players that have no position on the defensive end unless they are dominant on offense (Harden).
It is what it is, Monroe will continue to make numbers and have a job, but if you pay him +10m$ and he starts and play significant minutes and role for you, you are going to be mediocre.

nah his embarrassingly slow feet has always bothered me. i've called him "piano back" to my friend since before we got andre because he runs like he has a piano strapped to his back.

i disagree on the jumper, i think it definitely has regressed.

on his passing that is true, and one of the reasons why i was initially hesitant to get rid of him. he just makes passes most big men cant and i love that about his game. im pretty sure we would/will miss that if he does get shipped off or leaves on his own.

i'll watch him tonight and see what happens. last night was a lot of iso and a lot of bad basketball so we'll see how they play and use him tonight

Freak athleticism in a 7 footer is awesome but more rare than big foot these days, Monroe is an old school big man. Like I said 90% of the fans who cry about him being slow said zero before Drummond, its the Drummond effect.

The jumper isnt really a debatable thing, your statement of it regressing isnt backed up by any facts. Its inaccurate.

We dont even use him in iso's anymore, we just dont use him at all anymore really, its almost embarrassing.
