I left the d out because our guys do not seem to care about that end anymore.

Starting at 6 on Altitude.

I wonder if hiring Karl and having Shaw act as assistant coach would make any dent in the playoffs....

Anthony Randolph at the 4 I can at least understand.

But Foye at the 3 after Quincy's game. Really Shaw really?

Maybe Shaw's thinking when he had Foye starting is that at least the bench had J-Ham?

The holes in this roster really become stark when you group this current bench together. I'm tired of Nate.....if he's not bringing energy and offense then he's really just redundant....

YOu know last year I wanted the Nuggets to add someone with some more toughness on this team, but I did not think that toughness would come in the form of a midget hothead who would rather argue on the court then be productive.

Is it just me or does the whole team just seem to fall apart when Faried gets pulled? I know he does not have a jumpshot out to the 3 line, but is Sahw to stupid to figure out that he is by far our best PF?

Really in garbage time Shaw wants the team to work on feeding Randolph in the post? Am I missing something this year?

The pieces on this team don't fit....at all. Under-sized at The 1,4 and 5 spot, no post game. 45% from 3 and 82% free throws and still got beat by 20. Yikes

Yeah, the undersized thing is the thing I've been most worried about. I'd rather have a plethora of 7 footers because size can actually wear down an opponent without excess running. And if we possess the size advantage, and the other teams' undersized players get a workout on the post or any other physical play they are going to have a much harder time having career nights.

I thought that was one thing that doomed us during the Karl years too. Speed is great, can't replace speed.....but if the bigs of other teams win the matchup then we have a bunch of worn out runners and the opposing team's runners now have the advantage.

We can only fully take advantage of Ty's speed when we have a full big man compliment.

Sure, you can add jumpshooting to the mix too -in the place of extra size, but we don't have size OR jumpshooting......so, therefore any speed and athleticism is spent like there's a leak.

Would we have had to start Koufos for example? No. Javale could still have started. But now, the full 4 big man compliment is in effect. We surely could give up one of the new ineffective players for one utility big on the bench and multiply our net energy.
