Jinx!

Mod's you can lock up my thread. This one's clearly nicer looking. (No idea how to work the graphics.)

Well I take it back! Cousins finally got his FG% over 46%! I hadn't noticed.

He's been really good this year. Really skilled under the basket. In years past, his problem was he thought he was a stretch player, so used to take stupid mid-range shots from all over, and three's.

Have you guys noticed most of potential big men are making name for themselves this season incl. Cousins.
It was small men dominated league for awhile but it's really fun to see big guys are contributing to the game as well lately.

Oh and I like this game thread due to booties but I also like Minimalist1972 game time preview thread as well.
We should some how incorporate those two toghter somehow.

Hope the guys are well rested and make some better defensive effort against the Kings.

This is inherently a big man game. Used to be you tuned in to watch giants clashing in the paint. It was biblical, right? But with the advent of the three-ball and stretch-four's, we've been seeing less of that of late. (From this perspective, D'Antoni and Nowitzki have sort of ruined the game.) But as soon as that one team lucks out with a talented and skilled big man, the league will change again. And the little guys will return to where they belong, in the back-seat, taking orders from the chiefs. As much as I respect CP3 as a player, I hate seeing him struttin' around like he owns the league. Patrick or Shaq would have long put a smack down on him to show him his place.

But Dwight v. Cousins should be a good fight. I think Cousins is still testing the waters. I notice with the vet big's, he's still a bit trepidatious. If there is one dude who can seriously benefit from some time with Hakeem, it's Boogie. I think he's that talented, and still young enough to pick up some new tricks. Too bad he's such a headcase. I think he's gotten better in that dept. as well, though.

Wow, I just talked myself into being all psyched for this game.

Hopefully, Jimmer gets some burn tonight as well.

Finally a game I get to watch.

Rockets need to redeem them selves after the last time they played the Kings.

Looks like people need to call dibs on making the game threads. What is this the second or third time?

:) no doubt. We need too see more big men in the league to balance out the talent pool.
Unfortunately I won't be able to watch the game tonight.
I'll be reading the game from here.
Let's do this Rockets!

Brooks and Haren might be the worst defensive backcourt in NBA history.

Harden is getting mugged and not getting calls. I seriously don't know how the Refs missed those two calls.

They're probably making up for the 22 times he stepped up to the line a couple of games back.

Harden sits and Dwight finally gets his touches. This team should be about Dwight all game, every game.

Haren can be really frustrating to watch sometimes.
