It's funny how nobody seems to be calling out Gortat, who's had like 1 good game out of the last 8.

Who would you have played instead, Porter and Temple?

Randy didn't coach his best game but to blame him for this loss when this team is shooting like a-s-s is ludicrous. You ride your best players and they just didn't come through.

You really think Otto Porter would have done much better? He gave him a brief shot in the second half and he made a terrible pass and did little else. A tired John Wall is still better than a fresh Garrett Temple.

By that logic, why make any substitutions at all?

Painful game to watch. They definitely earned that loss.

Poor coaching, poor shooting, not converting 2nd chance and 3rd chance points, and that's game. On to the next one. We are not beating the good teams like last year.

Porter should have gotten a chance tonight with the wings playing awful.

Yeah. He isn't even old enough to drink. So what happen to Beal ?

You guys need to chill with the Whitman blame. Is it Whitman's fault Ariza, Beal, and Webster missed a bunch of shots—many of them open?

Of course he played Wall the entire 4th quarter—he was the only one who actually had a little success offensively. No one else could score.

The 20/20 hindsight is getting ridiculous.

Great this team shows up against crappy teams but comes out totally lifeless against any team with a pulse. This team is such a fraud. Hello 43-39 and a first round exit. Everything we've been waiting for. Thankfully Ted will spin this garbage as 'progress'.

Time to fire Wittman and hire a more experienced NBA Coach.

I don't care how many minutes Wall played.

Ariza: 3-14
Beal: 4-13
Webster: 3-9

What's up with Beal by the way? His play of late is really concerning.

Your logic is to not play your best players in crunch time? I didn't say don't substitute at all. I just had no problem with Beal, Ariza and Webster playing late in the game, despite having lousy games. Porter has played better but in way has shown that he's ready for prime time yet. Do you think Rick Carlisle should have taken out Dirk because he had a bad shooting night and stuck in Brendan Wright late? Dirk and Vince Carter know how to finish. Now sure about this Wiz team right now against a veteran team. As for Wall, sure, Temple could have played a few minutes early in the fourth but that wouldn't have been the difference in the game. He's not a difference-maker. Wall is.
